Friendly Honda

We went to Friendly Honda since we wanted to replace our 2005 Civic which had just turned 100K. When we purchased our 2008 Civic, we initially spoke with Ron and he priced it out for us, however when it cam 2005 Civic which had just turned 100K. When we purchased our 2008 Civic, we initially spoke with Ron and he priced it out for us, however when it came time to purchase, we were directed away from Ron to a salesman who had replaced our previous salesman, Dean C....? who sold us our 2000 Civic, that salesman was not to our liking. This time, I walked past the reception area to Ron Alexander's desk and asked him to help us. Just as we expected, Ron was absolutely great. He priced out several vehicles since we kept changing our minds. Ron was always very receptive and eager to assist in any way he could. Most of our contact was via e-mail and he was always quick to respond with the requested information, very helpful. When I need to replace another vehicle, Ron Alexander will be our man.
