Because of a unique situation (an illness in the family), special accommodations were necessary during the negotiations and final purchase processes. Rommel assured me that they could make those happen and they truly did! I also have to mention the financing department. Due to very tight time constraints, I needed this process to be reduced to as short of time as possible. They absolutely pulled this off! From the time I met with sales to negotiate the deal until the time I had the paperwork completed and was walking out the door, it was barely over 60 minutes! I can't thank these gentlemen enough for making this the best car buying experience ever. More
