great cars,,incredible experience I had been looking for a compact SUV for approx. 2 weeks. Tried Ford, GMC, Chevy, Buick, all with very attractive rebates. I then checked local Honda I had been looking for a compact SUV for approx. 2 weeks. Tried Ford, GMC, Chevy, Buick, all with very attractive rebates. I then checked local Honda dealer where I have done prior business. I was closing in on a CR-V but thought I would try one more location. I requested an E-price from HONDA OF ILLINOIS. A short time later, JANELLE called me. We bantered for awhile and eventually began negotiating. After getting some figures from Janelle, I went back to the local dealership and made my best deal with them. I left very disappointed and went home and immediately called Janelle. We did "the dance" of offer/counter offer for a short period of time. I had been negotiating on a new 2017 CR_V locally, Janelle was able to put me in a new 2018 CR_V, same options and $1400 less then the local store. A 90 mile drive and 2 hrs later, I was sitting in front of Robert. The dealership was very busy at the time and Robert and myself got to spend some time together sharing life experiences. A very personable and interesting person, I never felt uncomfortable. Sorry I could only give a 5 star rating, not only to the dealership for making a great deal, but also to Janelle and Robert. Best part, wife says the color is CUBS blue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HONDA of ILLINOIS, JANELLE, or ROBERT if looking for a vehicle. More
