Problems after one day I found what looked to be a good deal on a used car. I immediately received contact after requesting info off the website. I asked for any details and was told the car was very clean and had a clean Carfax. When I came in for the test drive, I discovered the windshield was cracked. I would have expected to see this in the listing or be told about this when asking on the phone. The drive went ok, and everyone was nice. We ended up agreeing on a price and making a deal. I was not happy that they only gave me one key, and did not disclose that's all they had prior to finishing the sale. I would have factored replacement cost ($225) in with the windshield cost ($300). 2 keys are the standard and it needs to be disclosed otherwise. Cruise control was mentioned as one of my requirements, and it worked on the test drive and the drive home. The next day, however, it would not turn on at all. I called in, and was told since it was as-is they couldn't help me. While I understand the as-is nature, they could have at least consulted service or taken a courtesy look to provide suggestions. It would have gone a long way to customer service. Maybe it was just bad timing, but it certainly was more suspicious when they just washed their hands of it. It's been less than a week and it still doesn't work. No follow up to see how things are going post sale or anything. More

Ryan found us something, my daughter fell in love with, but I truly didn’t think we could afford it. A couple of days later he and Richard quickly set an ‘out the door’ price which worked perfectly and it took no time to wind up the purchase!! More importantly to me was how Ryan helped me surprise my daughter with the car today! It was cleaned, gased up, and craftily hidden inside the store!
