Respect I was getting warnenty work done on my car. They had to go through the glove compartment and remove items out of it. Customer Service Beyond the Extra Mile Was able get time slot that worked for me; prompt service upon arrival. Brought multiple discount coupons from Honda all of which were expired. After service rep heard me lamenting my dissatisfaction that these coupons had all expired, she offered me $10 discount anyway. The experience was fast easy and friendly I came to the dealership hoping to find a new car to make my everyday commutes. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and felt welcomed.
