Since this is a new Civic, and I was hundreds of miles from home I called the Service Department. I was told not to worry that there was plenty of time and we made an appointment for immediately after my return. We arrived early to the appointment and were taken right away. Our check-in was fast and efficient. Politely handled, we went to the clean, brightly lit waiting area. In less than the expected amount of time our service gentleman returned and gave us the details: the oil was changed and there was still plenty of time to spare. The tires were rotated, and the multi-point inspection found no problems. When presented with the bill, it was at least thirty dollars (30) less than we had paid at another dealership last time we had our old vehicle serviced. More
