the hatch light to be fixed I was there three hours for checkup, oil change and adjust hatch light yesterday. Today the hatch light has come back on and stayed on. Could have definitely been better Oil change, tire rotation, air filter, and check why the light in back up camera and radio stations occasionally goes to dim. Also was wanting to get Oil change, tire rotation, air filter, and check why the light in back up camera and radio stations occasionally goes to dim. Also was wanting to get a quote to sell my car to dealership, Richard Finch. Service was not able to locate the issue with dimming. But, I felt that Mr Finch was not concerned with buying my car and was not friendly or accommodating. He stated that he would have to see what the bill would be for the light repair. If he would have checked the mileage he would have seen the car is still under warranty. Did he even look at my car Is questionable. Then when I continued to ask a price he just shot off a price of $18,000. I went elsewhere and was given an inspection and offered a price of $21,000. Seems his unconcerned attitude was not acceptable. I also have been treated better in service. They usually tell me what the car needs for the mileage it is at. No update. Also nothing said about the tire tread life this time. Not sure if that was a service trip. I bought my car from Honda new and feel that improvedments in service needs to happen. My big complaint is that you can never speak to anyone, just no answer or a recording to call you back in an hour or? The main line is answered but after the transfer, good luck. It may take several call. More
