My 2019 Honda Civic had to be towed in as it wouldn’t start. They got me diagnosed and repaired in a week. During Covid that’s a pretty good turn around for an unscheduled drop off. Of course I would have loved to have it done immediately upon drop off but the fact remains they couldn’t control there was a weekend in there and the part took two days to arrive as well. I would have liked to not be the one calling in once a day for an update, but during Covid work loads have been greater and help less so it takes time. I understand that things are different now and am simply glad my car is back working again. More

I usually have a good review for Honda. Afterall, their waiting area is comfortable and they provide great snacks and drinks for “waiters.” But there was no courtesy shuttle and TV channels were picked by waiting area is comfortable and they provide great snacks and drinks for “waiters.” But there was no courtesy shuttle and TV channels were picked by the receptionist. The most disappointing part of my visit was discovering they hadn’t checked either of my air filters (didn’t notice this until I got home). Looking at my last bill from there, neither were checked then either. Amanda who checked me in was wonderful but the grumpy guy who checked me out was not. I was very disappointed in this visit. More
