Horrible trying to get an oil change I love the car I bought here. The service, however, is horrible. Repeatedly I have called to get an oil change. Left messages which were not returned. I love the car I bought here. The service, however, is horrible. Repeatedly I have called to get an oil change. Left messages which were not returned. Phone just rang and no one answered. Called two weeks in advance and was told they weren't scheduling that far out. Called back a week later and they said no slots available on the day I would be in Springfield. I have been told to drop off my car by 9:30 in the morning and hopefully they would get to it. Are you kidding me? For an oil change? I bought a warranty with the purchase of my car, but no one there knows anything about it. I will never buy another car here again. More
