Taking a long time to get an appointment for service The car salesman made the appointment and there seemed to be a lot of confusion on wether I even had an appointment. Then when I took the car in they The car salesman made the appointment and there seemed to be a lot of confusion on wether I even had an appointment. Then when I took the car in they could do the Simonize but did not have time to install the extras that I purchased. The service manager did get things straightened out and set another appointment for me to bring the car in to get everything done and even gave me a loner car because it took 2 days but it took 2 weeks. They must not have enough help because when my starter went out on my older 2015 Honda they could not get to it for 2 weeks. More
