Excellent service Even though I waited an hour, there were several cars ahead of me, and they were still able to get me out in a timely fashion. They are nice people who are there to assist and no matter the question, they are happy to answer to the best of their ability. The only thing I’m not happy about is when they remind you about an appointment or ask to take a survey and such, they contact by text, email and phone all within minutes of each other, which is annoying. But it is nice to receive friendly phone calls, my advice would be to choose to call or text with email not all at once. It seems to be pushy when all are done at the same time. More

Awful service experience that is still ongoing We have a 2014 Odyssey we purchased from another dealer in Missouri (wish we could go back there). Vehicle still under certified warranty. Took it in We have a 2014 Odyssey we purchased from another dealer in Missouri (wish we could go back there). Vehicle still under certified warranty. Took it in for a stutter when accelerating. I was very specific about exactly when the stutter was happening. They said it needed a transmission service and reflash due to a service bulletin. They performed the service and when I picked up the car, the problem was still there. I took it back to the service department and the service manager went for a ride with me. He said he felt the issue and understood what I was describing. After having the vehicle for a day they determined it was not the transmission. They asked I bring it back the following Monday so they could continue the diagnosis. Over the weekend, I notice grease all over the side of the driver seat. When I drop it off Monday I inform Amanda of the grease and she says they will take care of it. I get a call Monday that they have determined the issue and a part needed ordered. It will be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday I get a call that it is fixed and I could come pick it up. I said I wanted to drive it with manager before I accept it is fixed. When walking to the car, I asked the manager if they cleaned up the grease. He said he couldn't find what I was talking about. As he is getting into the can he sees the grease and says "Oh, I see. I looked at the other side of the seat" (Why not look at both sides if you don;t see it on the first one?). Also I noticed that there is mud and filth all over the door sill and floor mats, even though the paper mat is in the car. We leave to drive the vehicle and low and behold, the exact same issue is still there. When I was obviously disappointed, the manager described a completely different issue that they fixed instead of what I explained. SO I had to leave the van again after my 4th visit to the dealer. Fed up, I spoke with the general manager whop assured me they would figure out the issue and clean up after themselves. I will update after additional resolution. More

Low tire light was on I drove into the dealership because my low tire light was on. They checked my car immediately and found a nail in one of the tires. Good Solid Service. I have been taking my Oddessey here for years. Always felt they were fairly priced and never had any issues with the work completed. I love the shuttl I have been taking my Oddessey here for years. Always felt they were fairly priced and never had any issues with the work completed. I love the shuttle service as well. If I don’t have time to wait, I can have the shuttle drop me off at work and come and get me later on to pick up my car. Very nice option. More
Don Lord and Amanda Thanks to Don Lord and Amanda in the Service dept! on 8/13/18 I was running errands and found myself stranded with NO POWER, rolled into Shell station Thanks to Don Lord and Amanda in the Service dept! on 8/13/18 I was running errands and found myself stranded with NO POWER, rolled into Shell station, called Honda, had to be towed. Honda provided me with a loaner. I received a call that it was a wiring problem, expensive! Amanda & Don sent the Honda Corp a fax and it was covered under Honda! So grateful to both or them! Don also fixed the recall on the battery box! Honda has been our family's choice since 1987! I have bought 5 new Hondas of which 3 are still on the road and being driven by family! Honda's customer service and their timeless vehicles are what keep people buying them! Excellent isn't a good enough rating! Superbly Excellent! More
