I waited for it and while I was waiting, I talked to Richard West who I have dealt with for both of my Hondas. I asked if there were any sales going on for Civics and he told me there were. He then went and gathered all the information for me and allowed me to take one home to show my wife. We ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle at this time. However, we will be back for another Honda when the time arises. More

Will not be returning. I purchased my vehicle from Honda of Illinois almoat3 years ago. I have done all of my work, however as of yesterday I will not be returning or do bus I purchased my vehicle from Honda of Illinois almoat3 years ago. I have done all of my work, however as of yesterday I will not be returning or do business with them in the future. Extremely rude customer service. I was able to have them look at a noise my car was makin and after they took a look at it (4 1/2 hours later) they told me it was my brake squealers, and it would be $215 total. I told him no thank you and the gentleman was visibly displeased. He treated me with disrespect, and denied my thanks when I offered it, and repeatedly grunted like I was wrong for telling him, thanks, but no thanks. Well I will not be returning even though I am one punch away from a free oil change, the terrible customer service is not worth it. More

Maintenance was done to perfection, and the glitches were taken care of easily. We all know how elusive a rattle can be, but they were up for the challenge. Luck was on my side, as a test drive actually proved there was a rattle! On further inspection they felt they found the cause, ordered a new part, and I took my vehicle in the next day and picked it up that pm. I have been driving it for three days now and I DO NOT HAVE A RATTLE ANYMORE!!!!!! Thank you Don and all the people involved at Honda of Illinois! More
