Thanks for leaving a review! I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your visit. Unfortunately, loaner cars are first come first serve. You can always request one when you make your appointment for a better chance at having one available. They should have used floor mats in your car and I will be sure to bring this to their attention. I will tell you that we will have a car wash up and running in the near future. This will allow us to clean your vehicle before you take it home. Also, oil changes are determined not by time but when your car tells you its time. We stopped giving stickers because we realize that not everyone drives the same. Some people were coming in more often than they needed because of their driving habits.
