Middle of the road I dont think this is a bad dealer, but there are a few things for me that hold this dealer back from being great. When I bring my 2017 Honda in for m I dont think this is a bad dealer, but there are a few things for me that hold this dealer back from being great. When I bring my 2017 Honda in for maintenance or problems the service writer seems like he could honestly care less about anything I am saying. I just get the "ok yeah let's just move this car through and get on with the next one vibe" and it is just a turn off. I had to have the main screen reset on one service visit and the tech did not finish the initial setup or reset the clock so I had to pull over to get the radio and display back. Just felt like he forgot to finish the job and again my car and business were not valued. And also maybe I am spoiled from other dealers but it would be nice if they had a facility to do a quick wash or vac when you brought your car in. More
