Did what they said they would Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Honda of ILL, and with it was a 15 day warranty. There were 2 minor issues. A service 4 wheel drive ligh Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Honda of ILL, and with it was a 15 day warranty. There were 2 minor issues. A service 4 wheel drive light. That was fixed by recalabrating the computer. The other was the RPMs fluxuating when idling. It was a throttle body sensor. The part had to be ordered which meant a second trip too Springfield. But they fixed that and for a second time filled the tank for me. All repairs were at zero cost to me. Don was real good to work with. More

It’s nice to be able to watch a football game while waiting, and I can get a coffee, soda or even popcorn. I can also check out the cars, so my wait doesn’t seem as long. More
Unsatisfactory When I called the company to schedule my appointment and ask a few questions regarding the work that would be necessary for my car, I asked "what is i When I called the company to schedule my appointment and ask a few questions regarding the work that would be necessary for my car, I asked "what is included in a tune up?" The man scheduling my appointment could not answer that. I also told him that I would wait at the service center until the work on my car was complete and he said that would be fine. Upon arriving at the service center I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and pleasant secretary who informed me about the services needed on my car and attempted to introduce me to Greg. Greg, who was standing directly next to her ignored me and did not even look up until I asked the woman to clarify if Greg was in fact the man standing next to her and in front of me who had been unresponsive. Greg then tells me not to wait for my car since the time needed for the services could proceed well into the afternoon (it was 7:30am at the time). I was then told a shuttle could not take me home nor did they have a loaner vehicle for me to use. I was supposed to be informed of the possibility of that happening beforehand but I was not. My car was kept for 2 days with no form of compensation. After picking up my car and paying over $550 I realized that my oil life was still indicating it was low and needed to be changed, there was no sticker on my windshield to indicate the oil change had been completed nor any information explaining when I should return. I was already on the highway driving out of town when I realized this so I called the service center to verify if the oil change took place. The man I spoke to told me "I don't know, your file says the service is incomplete." So, I was forced to turn around and drive back to Springfield, adding an extra hour to my journey. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this service center and I will never return again. I also do not appreciate Greg attempting to coerce me into giving a good review on this survey when I came in to pay and pick up my car. If you are competent, respectful, and treat your customers well that will speak for itself in your reviews. If you are the opposite of those things you deserve low ratings and you need to improve. Shortly after I left the service center (after driving back and it was verified that the oil change had been performed) Greg did attempt to trouble shoot the errors that led to me being forced to return to Springfield during my travels, but it was too little too late. I do hope changes will be made to prevent other customers from going through such hassle and inconvenience. More
