Annoying We were left waiting over 2 hours. The car’s service was apparently done long before but we weren’t notified. The clerk called our home phone and left We were left waiting over 2 hours. Recall Received voicemail about recall. No letter. Took car in for recall - all systems were shut down (even lights) and no one bothered to tell me. When the Received voicemail about recall. When they called me the next day to ask if everything was ok and I told them what happened they had service manager (Greg) call me. He was apologetic about what happened and offered for me to bring car back. Unfortunately I live 30 miles away and can't just run car back. I am trying to get everything set back up. More
