Excelled in one area, not in another I brought in my car for a a brake pad replacement and rotation and once there I approved a brake fluid service. The tech called and said my brake pads I brought in my car for a a brake pad replacement and rotation and once there I approved a brake fluid service. The tech called and said my brake pads were fine, no need to replace. I said it had a scratching noise at really low speed and the tech said he would tell the mechanic. well the noise is still there. Secondly, I asked at the time if I had my tires rotated in June and I was told no. This is not true. I found my receipt and it was performed June 2. So I wasn’t too happy. More
