Buying a new travel trailer. I have to applaud Pete Pollini on how hard he worked to find the travel trailer that best the needs of our family. One visit to the dealership he gui I have to applaud Pete Pollini on how hard he worked to find the travel trailer that best the needs of our family. One visit to the dealership he guided me around to both of the off site Fretz storage lots to show me the different colors and the different layouts. I found Pete to be accessible when I needed him and friendly through the whole process. The night I took the camper to the storage lot I had a difficult time disconnecting the trailer from my truck. He came out after the dealership had closed to help me out. The buying process was smooth and simple and after a few rounds of negotiations we had an amicable deal. I would highly recommend Fretz RV. More

It is unfortunate that any issues in a brand new unit less than a year old and is not due to neglect or miss use is considered “goodwill”. For the speaker and LED lights again it is unfortunate that a brand new item is not covered for a year. Thank you for your offer, your facility is not convenient to be driving back and forth to for you might cover. I found a local place with a great reputation and better pricing on top. Have a wonderful day and would still come back to your dealership for purchase of a camper. Make sure your service is done in season. I had good dealings with Fretz RV for sales and my initial appointment with service. We dropped off our trailer for warranty work in November they kept it all winter to do the work and we picked it up in March (no big deal, we told them to keep it as longs as they needed it as long as we had it back by May). Three Trips later, two (2) of the warranty repairs were having the same problem (Outside speaker not working and LED light strip in awning had many lights out). We inquired at Fretz to see if they would cover these items since they were warranty repairs and failed again in less than a year. We were polite told no, 90 days parts and labor only. They were polite and I guess if that is there policy that is the policy. Customer service goes along way with me. I would pay more for good service, when you pick up a camper off season the unit will not even be used before the warranty period expires. I would not recommend Fretz service to anyone if you do need to use them I suggest it be in season so you can make sure the parts work and the labor was done correctly. More
Plain and simple Rick Hand was easy to work with, he even answered my questions while he was on vacation. He was able to keep things simple and to the point. Brian Strampel was also great. He too kept things easy and simple and managed to keep me entertained while signing all the financial papers. A great experience overall. More
Great experience! Just purchased a Jay Feather 26BHSW from Fretz. They were very patient with me as I went back and forth between a few different models. They answered all my questions and gave me a great price. I had a small part fall off after my second trip out with the trailer, and within a few hours of contacting them they ordered me a replacement part even though it wasn't "covered" under warranty. I can't recommend them enough. More

Luke Wilson worked with us and was never pushy and he was very patient with our three young children who thoroughly tested every camper we stepped into. Luke and the financing department made the purchase very smooth. Every step was explained and we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Luke Wilson to a friend looking to purchase a camper. More
