First Time Owners After visiting numerous Dealerships to see the various types and models of RV's my wife and I decided to finally purchase a Travel Trailer. We went to After visiting numerous Dealerships to see the various types and models of RV's my wife and I decided to finally purchase a Travel Trailer. We went to Fretz's in April 2016 and met Rick Hand who gave us all the time we needed and patiently answered all our questions as we were first time buyers. Rick walked us through various Campers and based on our needs did not try to sell us something we didn't want or need, We finally decided on the Jay Flight 175 SLX. When we went to pickup the Camper the Service team accidentally cracked the Console in my Tacoma while installing the electric break control. My first thought was, here we go with a whose responsible and whose paying issue. To my surprise and to the Credit of the Fretz's team they immediately stepped up and said they would take care of the issue and pay for it. They did and have. My wife and I have been enjoying our Camper this summer and would highly recommend Fretz's and Rick Hand. More
Service after the sale!!! Purchased a used 2014 Greyhawk 31Ds on June 23, 2016. There were a few minor problems that I found after delivery which I was able to take care of myself. Second camping trip out the levelers would not extend (turned out to be an electrical problem) and the air conditioner would only blow hot air. (It just happened to be the hottest most humid weekend this summer.) Called my salesman Bob Spack on the Saturday morning and he got someone from service to speak with me about possible solutions. These did not work and an appointment was made with the service department. I dealt with Rachel Rapelje and she was wonderful to work with. She kept me informed of all the status of diagnosing and replacement of the air conditioning unit. They also checked and verified that the electrical system was working correctly and did so as goodwill. I recommend FretzRV as a responsible dealership and that they will take care of your RV "after the sale." More

We never felt pressured and they took care of every aspect of the sale. Towing vehicle needs and most importantly, patiently answered all my questions like we were the first to ask. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to my friends. Thank you. The McAfee's More
Fretz makes dreams come true! My husband and I started camping with friends and fell in love. We were trying to buy a pop up from a friend, but it was older and never registered. My husband and I started camping with friends and fell in love. We were trying to buy a pop up from a friend, but it was older and never registered. However, it was first bought from Fretz. So, I called to see if there was a way I could register it. That's when I first spoke with Luke. He helped answer all my questions and tried to help me, even though this was not any type of sale for him. He was so helpful!! After realizing we really wanted a new pop up, naturally, I thought of Fretz. That's why we decided to drive from NJ to PA to buy a new pop up. The experience was wonderful, and we were proud new owners of a brand new pop up camper. Down the line, I learned I wasn't the "camper" I thought I would be. We loved our camper, but I wanted something a little bigger with a bathroom and shower. Low and behold, we found our dream camper on Fretz's website. After some back and forth, Luke and Steve (the manager) made our dreams come true. They really listened and worked out the best deal for us to upgrade. We can't explain how happy we are. Fretz is a great dealership and their sales team truly cares. We would go back in a heartbeat and are recommending that our camping friends do the same. Thank you Fretz, and thank you Luke and Steve. What a team, and as my title states, they really do make dreams come true! More
Updated-RV great but no attention to detail is causing issue Updated after purchase. Bob was extremely patient with us during the long wait for our Leisure Travel Van Unity. He was often the bearer of bad news Updated after purchase. Bob was extremely patient with us during the long wait for our Leisure Travel Van Unity. He was often the bearer of bad news because of factory delays that were out of his control. He is a genuinely nice guy and we would gladly recommend him. However, we've now had an issue with the Service Dept. When they prepped the RV, they failed to put the valves in the proper position for the water & hot water heater tanks. We had water pouring out of the RV because they left the drains open and no water going into the hot water heater. After a discussion about the direction of all the valves, we thought we were good to go. Until we didn't have hot water on our first trip out. I called back and they repeated that all the valves should be open. Then they told us to call the RV maker in Canada because they couldn't help us anymore. One call to LTV to find out what the real position should be and found out that Fretz service dept was wrong. Also now having a problem with the tag/title process. Ten days after purchase, we get an email saying we owe almost $3K because they failed to get the tax accounted for correctly on the vehicle when we closed. When I called about it, they said they would see what could be done. One whole week later and we STILL no word from them so I called. Of course, we owe the money (not exactly sure what "option" they were pursuing) and now our tags expire in 12 days. The Tag company will try to rush it, but the week long delay will guarantee that our tags will expire while we're on the road unless we go out of our way to pick up the tags ourselves (if they are even ready). I feel like both of these issues were completely avoidable if people paid attention to what they were doing. Although I appreciate your comments, you knew that the trade-in was from Maryland because you sold the old RV. We dropped it off with Maryland tags on it and and the Maryland registration in the glove box. You also knew that we lived in Delaware because you handled the financing for the new one. Whether you should have know is one thing (and according to the Tag Co., they think you should have), I am really bothered by the fact that no one got back to me on this. I was told on 9/1 that we owed the tax. I talked your Title Clerk, who told me she gave the info to her manager and that she would "get in touch with me as soon as she had more information" (I have the email). Today is 9/6 and still no email or phone call. In the meantime the 30 days is ticking down. It wasn't until I sent and email and left a voicemail today that she got back to me. I called the Tag Co. myself and in 2 minutes it obvious that I needed to pay the tax. They also told me we no longer had time to get the new tags before the temporary ones expired. If someone had responded last week, the Tag Co. would have received the check by now and this could have been avoided. More
