Excellent Customer Care Our first visit to Fretz was a comedy of errors. Thankfully, Pete, our salesperson was ready for anything and he easily handled the hurdles. We wante Our first visit to Fretz was a comedy of errors. Thankfully, Pete, our salesperson was ready for anything and he easily handled the hurdles. We wanted to test drive a couple, but people had left things turned on in the RV's and the batteries were dead. Pete got a battery charger from the office and off we went. He was not high pressure or the typical "salesperson" ... in fact we changed our minds about what we wanted at least three times and he was always supportive. Flash forward to the day we picked up our new travel trailer ... we arrived for our walk through and the radio in our coach was not working. These guys were not going to let us leave without making sure everything was in proper working order. It took them a couple hours and they stayed past closing time, but the service tech, Mark, told us that he didn't want us to have to go through a warranty department. They already had the money and they could have let us leave, but they truly cared about making sure we left happy and with a perfect coach. They had smiles on their faces even working after closing. After we left, Pete called us twice in a few days to make sure we had everything under control and that we made it to our final destination home in Nashville safely. Thank you for the stellar first experience in purchasing our first RV! I highly recommend Fretz! Ask for Pete :) More

Great and Easy Experience Upgrading to a new and larger RV Went to Fretz last weekend to just casually look at a larger RV during their Summer sale. Saw a few models we liked. We were not haggled or followed by salesmen which was real nice. Saw a model we liked and asked Luke for prices. Was surprised to hear that our little hybrid travel trailer was in high demand used and we were thrilled after Luke talked to his manager to find out we would get quite a bit more than we owed on it, we figured we would be under water. So lets get a new RV. The financing piece only took minutes and by the time we got to the campground Saturday evening we were approved with a great interest rate. Luke pushed everything quickly as we requested and the new Jayco SLX will be delivered right to our campsite tomorrow. Luke gave us a great orientation to the camper in the evening so we could accommodate our work schedules and the paper signing was thorough and brief. Luke was wonderful as was Bryan with financing. We are very pleased and highly recommend Fretz. More

Worth the drive, to visit family. I have dealt with FRETZ RV for over seven years. We purchased our RV from them and they do our annual inspection and all of the maintenance.
