After some initial difficulty with Jayco's warranty department all went well, not only the countertop, but Fretz identified a few other problems and corrected them. Rachel in service was a true jewel assisting us and guiding us during the entire process. We will recommend this service center, and dealership to others. More

The paperwork was a breeze, I couldn’t believe how quick & buttoned up it was. Many car dealerships should take note here. And the best part of our experience was the technician Milo who fixed some minor (& not so minor) issues on the spot. He really worked to get the issues fixed correctly so we didn’t have to come back. Parts guy Henry was great, he was really helpful recommending the parts & accessories we needed. And the prices in their store were not that bad, the 15% off coupon was even more helpful stocking up. More

Excellent Customer Care Our first visit to Fretz was a comedy of errors. Thankfully, Pete, our salesperson was ready for anything and he easily handled the hurdles. We wante Our first visit to Fretz was a comedy of errors. Thankfully, Pete, our salesperson was ready for anything and he easily handled the hurdles. We wanted to test drive a couple, but people had left things turned on in the RV's and the batteries were dead. Pete got a battery charger from the office and off we went. He was not high pressure or the typical "salesperson" ... in fact we changed our minds about what we wanted at least three times and he was always supportive. Flash forward to the day we picked up our new travel trailer ... we arrived for our walk through and the radio in our coach was not working. These guys were not going to let us leave without making sure everything was in proper working order. It took them a couple hours and they stayed past closing time, but the service tech, Mark, told us that he didn't want us to have to go through a warranty department. They already had the money and they could have let us leave, but they truly cared about making sure we left happy and with a perfect coach. They had smiles on their faces even working after closing. After we left, Pete called us twice in a few days to make sure we had everything under control and that we made it to our final destination home in Nashville safely. Thank you for the stellar first experience in purchasing our first RV! I highly recommend Fretz! Ask for Pete :) More
