Came back to Fretz after looking at other places We traveled hours to buy a Travel Trailer at Fretz recently. What a pleasant, comfortable experience that was! Great Experience- salesman's no pressure approach Ask for Al Papa if you want the best salesman ever. Al is laid back, and knowledgeable about RVs. Many thanks to Al and Brian, especially if you are looking to buy without the high pressure sales that most places have! The coach had everything ready to go upon arrival for pick up- tank full of gas, ac on, paperwork ready to be signed, and ensured all questions were addressed prior to leaving the dealership. The tech who explained few things to us also did a very thorough job. They do things right. More

I made an appointment (online) and drove 4 hours From the DC area. I had several RVs in mind and hoped to get expert help finalizing my research. I’d searched online and been to RV shows, but really needed personalized help to make a decision. All I can say is my enthusiasm went from 10 to 0 in the barely 20 minutes they managed to spend with me. I am a serious and qualified buyer; however, I’m a single woman and really wonder if this played into the sales person’s indifference to helping me. I felt so slighted I left feeling close to tears. I own a business and deal with clients all day and this is certainly not how I treat my clients. I had originally planned to stay overnight but was so put-off by my experience that I drove another 4 hours to go home, a total of 8 hours for a 20 minute visit. Reading these reviews I’m not really sure why I had such a bad experience but I felt they treated me like I wasn’t a serious buyer or even worth their time.. Two managers did follow-up and invited me back with a promise to Improve my experience, but unfortunately it’s just too late to change my impression. More

Just what we we were looking for. We were very pleased with Fretz RV with their large selection of motor homes. All of their employees were great and the finance manager explained everything to us in detail to finalize our sale. There were a few dealers that were closer to where we lived but they did not have a good selection in what we were looking for in our price range. It was worth the trip to find what we were looking for. More
