Bad customer service This dealership was over 700 miles from home. I was initially happy, the salesman Luke Wilson was knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints with him or This dealership was over 700 miles from home. I was initially happy, the salesman Luke Wilson was knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints with him or the other employees of this company I dealt with. The issue arose when I was left stuck 2200 miles from home, on vacation, with an expired temporary plate. Included in my fees, not my request, was to have the RV register in my state. I was informed by the title department at Fretz that they couldn’t register because I was missing a change of address label on my license. I had it sent overnight to me only to find out, after several hours of phone calls, that the paperwork had never been filed and the label wasn’t needed with the power of attorney I had signed!! I then called the owner of the company Steve. I explained how I was 2200 miles from home, on vacation, trying to see my son that had been in the Middle East for 2 years and couldn’t move my RV due to the expired temporary plate. His comment, “ never heard of anyone getting pulled over for an expired tag”. Needless to say it only got worse with Steve. He went on to blame me for moving, my state’s DMV, and if I wanted compensation for the fees I paid, to get ahold of the company they hired to do the service. He was rude, arrogant, and suggested breaking the law. I have worked in customer service all of my life and this is the worst I have ever seen or experienced. I was never compensated for my fees, the money I spent for overnight mail or having to stay where I was for 10 days until my plates finally arrived. Although this company has some good employees, because of the owner, I would never recommend them or do business with Fretz again. More

We chose to make the trip to Fretz because we immediately noticed a higher level of professionalism in the staff; both in their responsiveness to our calls and questions and their attitude that they were there to help us, not just looking for a commission. That extra driving was worth the effort to look at campers and to go back for the paperwork and sale. I would absolutely recommend that you give them an opportunity to help you find the camper you arte looking for. Thank you Fretz! More
