At no time did I feel pressured to take anything less than what I wanted. He walked me through the entire process and made it effortless. He happily answered any questions I had and assisted me after purchasing the trailer with getting exactly what I needed to hit the road. The absolute most endearing part was when he called to make sure I made it home with no problems after leaving the dealership as I had not driven a travel trailer in a long time. New Travel Trailer, Great Salesman and So Excited I just picked up my brand new Winnebago Micro Minnie Travel Trailer yesterday at Fretz RV. After much consideration, lots of questions (my ?) and load I just picked up my brand new Winnebago Micro Minnie Travel Trailer yesterday at Fretz RV. After much consideration, lots of questions (my ?) and loads of looking, my salesman and I were able to find the perfect camper for me. It is everything I needed and wanted and then some. Now I’m ready to pack it up and hit the road. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF at Fretz RV for “making my wish come true”. I had what I thought was an emergency situation, Friday, the night before I was to leave on my first trip with my new RV. I didn't know who to call, so I called Luke, my salesman. Behind the scenes, he made some phone calls on my behalf. At 8 PM that night, I received a call from Steve Fretz, who arranged for me to be "squeezed in" first thing Saturday morning. The service crew got me on the road by 8:30 AM!! What a team and what customer service. I am very grateful that they went the extra mile to get me fixed and on the road.
