The vehicle we just bought was the best experience with a dealer for a very long time. I stated what I was looking for and a idea of how much I wanted to spend, Not how much I think I can pay a mouth. That is a bad way try and buy. They did not have the truck on the lot but found one and did a dealers tread put a trailer hitch got the loan completed at a very good interest rate. Done deal happy and my wife is looking now. Our sales person was Lee Bracy one 1 in my books. I bought without test driving. No real need to drive a new vehicle. Financing was extremely easy to deal with and extremely courteous. More

Tradeing up. I traded up from a 1999 Mercury Mystique to a 2012 Ford Fusion. Charles Robinson was extremely helpful and friendly. Mike (I believe) in financing was extremely courteous and very nice to deal with, it was a smooth process. I have bought vehicles at dealers before and it was a very drawn out process. Very friendly and accomodating I bought my Jeep Rubicon from Fairway Ford. I saw it online, test drove it the next day, and left the dealership with it that same day. Jason was the person who helped me through the whole process. He was willing to do anything he could to get me in my dream car. He even drove my old car the next day to my grandmother's house in Rockford so she could sign some paperwork for my loan. All in all, I was very satisfied with my whole experience at Fairway Ford. I would highly recommend this place, and would go there for all of my service needs as well if it were closer to where I live. More
