I just got back from living and working overseas so buying a car was necessary for getting started with life back here in the US. Because of the international relocation, my budget didn't have a lot of buying a car was necessary for getting started with life back here in the US. Mike understood this and didn't pressure me with something I couldn't afford or with something that had more "perks" than I needed. When I saw the Toyota, I was excited because it had everything I wanted and was close to my price range. Having driven Toyotas before, I was very comfortable with this car right away. The price was a little higher than what I wanted because it had the sport package (nice, but not a necessity for me). Mike worked to get the price in my range. He even let me test drive it overnight so I could have a mechanic friend look at it to double check things for me. A belt needed to be replaced, but that was it. Mike made sure that was taken care of with no charge to me. After some paperwork and things, he got me on my way with keys in hand. He was very understanding, willing to compromise, and easy to talk to--very friendly and personable. Unlike many places, he wasn't pushy or overbearing. I'm sure I'll be happy with my purchase for a long time and when the time comes to look for a replacement, I will head straight back to Mike before going anywhere else! More

Mike was very approachable, informative, and sensitive to our situation. We had purchased a car six months prior to this but this particular car did not work well for our family. We returned to the original dealership (in the same area) we purchased the car from, but were rudely dismissed in regards to a trade. Within two hours of that bad experience we went to Fred Mueller. Mike was able to offer us more for our car in trade, and we purchased a much better car from Fred Mueller for less money. Mike seemed to understand what we needed in a vehicle for our size family and other needs. We felt listened to, not pressured. We will continue to return to Fred Mueller with their excellent service. Russ took the time to explain all the programs and help me choose the right plan for my needs. Again I felt no pressure and he made me feel extremely comfortable in the process. Russ also worked to get me a better loan than what I had already been approved for. These two employees are a wonderful asset to Fred Mueller and I have already shared my experience with friends and family.
