Our salesman, Ron, although new, was refreshingly courteous, forthright, and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured or hurried at all. Ron was patient (we both wanted to test drive a Forester), and he was more than willing to answer questions and to follow-up without being overly aggressive. Once we agreed on a car to purchase, the dealership was able to locate a model with our specifications from State College, PA. It was delivered promptly and actually had more accessories than we ordered - without any additional charge. When my husband went to pick up the car, a financial specialist reviewed the financing arrangements, and another specialist (Seth) showed him how to operate all the options and accessories on the car. After we've had the car for a week or two, we will have another opportunity to meet with Seth to go over things and to review any additional questions we might have. Overall, the transaction was handled professionally and without hassle. We would highly recommend this dealership. Plus we are thrilled with our Forester! More

Trouble with key removal I was driving my husband's Subaru Outback today with my granddaughter on board - he's been having some problems with removing the key upon parking and I was driving my husband's Subaru Outback today with my granddaughter on board - he's been having some problems with removing the key upon parking and I had this problem today. Nothing I tried worked, so I called AAA and the woman who answered was smart enough to recommend I call Fred Beans while I was waiting for a locksmith(!) I was lucky enough to get Danny on the phone and he talked me through the problem and got it solved - with good humor and a willingness to help. Thank you Danny!! More
