Since 2005 I have been very dissapointed in Fred Beans in Doylestown. Since they are my local dealership I went to them first.I was buying a brand new Forester in 2005 and did all my research and new wha in Doylestown. Since they are my local dealership I went to them first.I was buying a brand new Forester in 2005 and did all my research and new what to expect. Once I arrived , I could get no-one to wait on me, once I complained a sales person was appointed to me. They were so above the price I unanticipated , that I left and bought the car the next day at a dealer in Sellersville , all my expectations were met. 12 years later , gave the forester to my son and went shopping for a used newer legacy. Or forester .I thought I would give fred beans another chance as so many years has past. Same story , trouble getting someone to wait on me , when I did I was told in a short 10 mins that gad nothing I would be interested in . I went to colonial suburu and was shown at least 6 cars and left that night with a fully loaded 2015 legacy. I could have not been more happy. 2 years later went to fred beans for service with a road hazard warrenty, they wiuld not accept it. I'm back in sellersville having the wirk done at AT suburu. Why would I have given fred beans so many chances? More

From my initial query on the internet for a late model Crosstrek to the day-after-sale followup email from the salesperson, this was one of the most straightforward and pleasant car-buying experiences I have ever had in my 70+ years. I had done my research, and I was fortunate to encounter a young sales rep (Mike W) who was professional, very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, not "pushy", and had a great sense of humor! In the first 30 minutes, and after attempts to deal with two other local dealerships, I knew this was a dealer whose employees WANTED to sell you the vehicle you were looking for. The pricing on both ends of the deal (I had a trade) was fair and honest - no repeat back-and-forth trips to the back offices to renegotiate, no "what would it take to get you to buy this car today?" approaches. I laid my cards on the table, and both Mike and the sales manager responded in kind. I can't give enough praise to Mike - he did an outstanding job. I had driven an hour to visit Fred Beans - and it was definitely time well spent. Highly recommend this dealership to those serious about buying a car, don't care for the high pressure sales tactics and "numbers games" that others employ, and value their time. Great job - thank you!! More
