Last dealership you will ever need!! I was coming to the end of my lease. First time we've ever leased so I wasn't sure how it would work. That included many phone calls and emails. She was patient with me and answered all my questions even if I asked them over and over again. Crystal worked really hard to do what she could to get me into a new lease. She got me into a 2019 Outback Premium with the features I wanted and even one on my wish list (remote starter). My payments only went up $8 a month. Just incredible. Crystal was even willing to come in on a Saturday because we couldn't make it in during the week. Although the (used) car looked a little rough when I got there by the end of the week it looked brand new. They did a great job cleaning it inside and out getting it ready. Love my new Subaru! I came to Fred Beans because I knew I wanted a certified pre-owned Subaru. I saw a couple cars I liked, including a Legacy in the color I wanted. The price online was good, so I put in a request for a call. Zaahid called me the next day to ask what I was looking for. We set up an appointment, where he showed me two cars. I test drove the car and fell in love. It had the features I wanted and more. Zaahid offered his experiences with his Subaru and listened to my concerns and reassured me. My fear was that something would come up and interfere with the sale requiring me to catch a ride back to the airport and needing to purchase another flight back. When I sent my request for information about my new Vibe via the website, Jim got back to me in literally less than 5 minutes! I was totally blown away!! Really the quick response is why I bought my car here vs another dealership that took ages to return my call...and it ended up being after I bought my new Vibe at Fred Beans. All were great and friendly at the dealership, and they worked to ensure I was financed and ready to take the car home, even though I didn't make it up there until the evening. Jim was nice enough to stay late to make sure everything was swell and to my satisfaction. When I missed my bus home just after filling out my paperwork (to give time for a good detail before I took my new Vibe home), Jim was also kind enough to take me to the transportation center so I didn't have to wait a long time in the rain and the dark for the next one. There was no pressure, including to take the upgrades, but everything was explained to me clearly. All my questions and concerns were answered in a friendly manner too. I'm thrilled with the rewards program too. All in all, I'm pleased with the experience and purchase of my 2nd car (my second Vibe), and Fred Beans will definitely be on my list of dealers to check out when it's time for car number 3, whenever that may be!
