Buying a car was easy at Flemington Hyundai! I was looking for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with Navigation in black and had gone through the internet in order to get the best price and to check avai looking for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with Navigation in black and had gone through the internet in order to get the best price and to check availability. At one point, I was in contact with almost 8 Hyundai dealerships. Not only did Flemington Hyundai offer the best price, but they also guaranteed that they would match and beat any other price from any Hyundai dealership. Frank, the internet sales consultant I was working with over the phone and e-mail, was completely honest and informative when it came to giving me pricing and information about the Sonata. I was not ready to give up my exact car that I wanted and was not ready to settle for a different color. Frank assured me that when I came in, if the exact car wasn't on the lot, he would still be able to get one. That gave me a peace of mind and didn't feel like I would be pressured when going into the dealership. I could tell Flemington Hyundai would do anything to get me the car. Luckily they did have one when I went, so I was extremely happy! Frank was very welcoming when I arrived and made me feel like I was the only customer in the showroom. Frank set me up with one of their certified Sonata salespeople, Tim Kaplan, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Sonata. He was very helpful in showing me everything about the car. I actually learned even more about the car, which made me want to buy it even more! I would recommend going to Flemington Hyundai to all of my family and friends! You do not feel pressure and that uncomfortable feeling that you feel at other car dealerships. Rui, the finance manager, was very professional and went over a variety of options to help us feel comfortable with our purchase. Flemington Hyundai went above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. The way that I was treated by everyone starting from Frank in Internet, to Tim in sales, and finally to Rui in finance, was an example of how every car dealership should operate. They were very busy and I can certainly understand why. Definitely buy your next Hyundai at Flemington Hyundai! More
I was so impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and overall experience from my very first email contact to the delivery of my brand new Sonata at Flemington Hyundai. My initial contact was with the Internet Manager, Mark Vehling, who was able to answer all of my questions re the car and provided me with an excellent quoted price. When I arrived at the dealership Mark introduced me to my salesperson, Redmond, who showed me the car. He was very easy to deal with, handled the appraisal of my trade-in quickly, and showed me how to work all of the features on my Sonata. Nick in Finance handled all of my paperwork and everything was clear cut, up front and I felt very comfortable with the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my Sonata came with a complimentary VIP service card. It actually gives me free lifetime oil and filters, a free loaner car with any service I have done on the car, and they will even wash my car while it's in for a scheduled service. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new Hyundai. The whole experience was just awesome! More
This is the second new car I have bought from Flemington Hyundai. This first one was an Azura in 2007and the salesman was Bart who was the greatest. This time I bought a Veriacruz and dealed with Jarret Hynes. He took excellent care of us and we were very happy with him. The service at this dealership could not be better. I have brought my Azuza back to them every 4 months for the recommended service and have always been very happy with everyone I have dealt with in the service department. Everything I needed or wanted to be done was completed in a very timely fashion and nothing had to be redone. I always wait while my car is being serviced and have always been totally satisfied More
I thought I had made an appt online for an oil change, but upon arrival, I did not have one. Deanna squeezed me in on a very busy day. I was very appreciative. A few months later, I needed an oil change and check up before a long road trip, with no appts available during my time frame. Again, Deanna squeezed me in. On another visit, I had a roof rack that needed to be installed and they charged me for only the rack and nothing for the installation. A great company!!! Highly recommended. (I both bought my car there and now have it serviced there.) More

We first wish to thank Ben Farina for the very professional and courteous greeting. It was refreshing to have a warm, friendly welcome upon arrival. After having visited many other dealerships, it was clear that we had reason to yet again return to Flemington Hyundai as repeat customers. Mr. Farina listened, understood our vehicle requirements and worked within our means. At no time did he attempt to over-sell us another vehicle or work to encourage us to spend more than our budget allowed. This created a comfort level and immediate trustworthiness. In addition, Nick Livoti went to gret lengths to help us with our financial needs and to secure a sale that was completely witin our range and kept us feeling confident in our choice of vehicle and the amount paid. Both Mr. Livoti and Mr. Farina took the time to help us assume the new vehicle and to discharge the older vehicle with as little effort on our part as possible. We have never experienced such a simple transaction, without any missed work time and absolutely no nonsense. We will be pleased to find our next vehicle with Flemington Hyundai. When we decided to buy a new car, we decided to do most of our shopping online, in the hope of getting the best price with the least hassle. We got quotes from a number of area dealers, but Mark Vehling a of our shopping online, in the hope of getting the best price with the least hassle. We got quotes from a number of area dealers, but Mark Vehling at Flemington gave us the best price and was willing to find us the color we wanted on a new 2011 Sonata. We worked out all the details via email and set a date to pick up the car. Unfortunately, Mark was out on the day we chose to pick up and our delivery was handled by Danny. Danny was a very nice guy, but pulled the predictable "good cop bad cop" scheme when it came to negotiating our trade in. First he offered us $100, which I told him was just insulting, but of course he blamed it on the appraiser (who we never met). We countered and he went back to "beg" them to give us what we wanted, yada yada. We ended up trading in for at least $1000 less than we would have gotten by selling it on the open market, but that's to be expected. So, we moved onto Rui in the finance office, which is where the real fun began. Rui tried to pull every financing trick in the book, but we were able to cut him off at the pass because we had done our research. First was our financing rate. Hyundai is offering 0.9% this month, but suddenly that rate was for last month and our rate would be 1.9%. When I say sorry, no dice, Mark set us up to take advantage of the 0.9% - suddenly he forgot that we were buying a Sonata and thought we were buying a Genesis, which has the higher rate (which is untrue - the Genesis also qualifies for the 0.9% rate this month). Next up, purchase price. I had already agreed upon a price with Mark, which I had gotten broken out so that I knew exactly how much the destination, documentation and all other fees were supposed to be. When Rui printed up the invoice, however, all of these figures had somehow gotten lost in the shuffle, and oddly enough, all of them were HIGHER than what we'd agreed upon! In addition, they wanted to charge FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for VIN etching, which is highway robbery. I told him we weren't paying for VIN etching and suddenly it was "optional." I asked why the doc fee was more than Mark had quoted and suddenly it was "Mark gave you last month's number." Etcetera. Finally I just gave him the email from Mark with the breakdown and said "this is what we're paying." He did honor that price (including fees), but I had to check each number carefully because it took three tries for him to get it right on the invoice (and each time, the error was in the dealership's favor). All of that said, I know that these are the tactics that all dealerships use - I just thought we'd avoid them by going the internet route. Mark was very pleasant to deal with, competitive with pricing and a great communicator via email, so I would certainly recommend him, but just be aware that you still have to deal with a tricky financing office. Just be on your toes, and of course, sell your old car yourself if you can - you will pay A LOT for the convenience of trading in. More
Flemington Hyundai is a great dealer, all their employees were very nice and professional. My wife and I only dealt with Tyler, Bart, and Nick. He even offered to come in 4 hours before his shift started to sale us a vehicle, now that's dedication! We ended up dealing with Bart, who was very professional and knew a lot about the vehicle. He was very helpful with answering our questions and even setting the vehicle up to meet our desires. Nick in finance was a true professional and very funny. Great sense of humor, he even laughed at my corny jokes, which made me feel good. I highly recommend Flemington Hyundai to anyone who wants a great deal and outstanding customer service. More
