Leased a new Elantra for my daughter who just turned 17 - what a terrific all around experience! We couldn't find the exact car (color, options) we wanted on site but Jarrett Hynes and Rich Datello promised what a terrific all around experience! Very impressed that Rich the owner took the time to get personally involved. Jarrett is very customer focused and always responded quickly to my phone calls and requests. It was a kick to meet the real live "Gravy", Christian Graverson in person and he committed to being there for any questions or concerns. I have a Finance background and their Finance Director Rui really knows his stuff and was very pleasant to work with to complete the process. Bottom line - I was treated like a VIP! The team at Flemington Hyundai gets it - it's all about the customer and making everyone feel special. Combine that with a terrific product and great people and I know where I am buying my next car already!! More

The salesman we worked with was extremely friendly and accessible. Although it took a few weeks for the car to come into the dealership (which we were told in advance), Ben was very patient and always kep accessible. Although it took a few weeks for the car to come into the dealership (which we were told in advance), Ben was very patient and always kept us up to date, working hard to get my top choice color and make sure everything was perfect. He was very knowledgeable; he knew his stuff and was happy to answer all the questions we had, working with us to get us a good deal and explaining everything very clearly. Ben took care of everything from top to bottom and even made sure they didn't put the little dealership decal on the back of the car (which I had mentioned I didn't want). I love my new car, and I would recommend Ben and Flemington Hyundai to anyone looking for a great deal on a great car. More

Was looking for a 3rd car and was very pleased with the 2009 Sonata I purchased from a different dealership 2/2010. Flemington is closer to where I work and therefore more convenient for service. They have always been very professional and willing to listen to my request for better pricing. With this latest purchase, I was promised $250 off my best quote; but when it came down to the final negotiation, they found holes in the original quote that cost me almost $1,000 more. But, their arguments appeared sound and it wasn't likely I was going to get much of a better price anywhere else, so we found a mutually acceptable price. Dan Carlson was/is an easy guy to deal with ... no pressure from him, but lots of knowledge on the car itself. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found the paperwork didn't take too long. Also, Nick (finance) was very good about not pushing extra warranty items. He offered, we discussed, and I said yes to one and no to another. Recommend this dealer to anyone. More

First and foremost, Flemington Hyundai had the best price within 200 miles of my home in Reedsville PA for the Sonata I wanted . My quote was generated via Consumer Reports which stated Flemington was th within 200 miles of my home in Reedsville PA for the Sonata I wanted . My quote was generated via Consumer Reports which stated Flemington was the lowest price available. (I have used Consumer Reports for many years and developed confidence and trust in their recommendations.) After I placed a deposit I waited about one month for the car to arrive. The unavailability of inventory was frustrating. Christian Graverson, the Flemington sales manager, intervened and accelerated the process which I appreciated. The car arrived with some additional minor factory installed options which added a few hundred dollars to the price. Another annoyance, but not a deal breaker. There was some push to have me add dealer options and supplemental warranty coverage, but they took "no" for an answer.(Consumer Reports consistently recommends declining these adds; and based on experience, I agree.) Redmond O'Rourke (Salesman) was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The overall process took longer then I liked; about three hours. I had prefilled and filed as much paperwork as was possible. This is an area they should improve upon. Other dealers I have used previously, such as Faulkner in Harrisburg, have a far more streamlined process. The wait was onerous especially after a full day and a 200 mile commute. Finally, although I didn't expect to trade, their prices were low. In truth my Honda accord had a few problems. When I asked about what it could command in excellent condition it was about 50% of what Edmonds, Kelly Blue Book, Auto Trader, and Consumer Reports stated it was worth. I do not believe they are interested in acquiring trades. No car buying experience is enjoyable, and this one was no different. However, with Flemington's prices and friendly environment, I definitely recommend this dealership. I would certainly use them in the future. More
We have been to at least 5 Hyundai dealers in the last 4 weeks and have been treated pretty bad. Most seemed like bait and switch, most started there pricing off at MSRP. I have never paid MSRP ever, I see the hybrids are getting a premium. I got a Internet price from Flemington Hyundai and I was very good (had to add destination to the price. So we decided to take the 2 hour trip from Long Island, which for the price we got was worth it. We had a price for a Sonata Limited w/o Nav, but when we got there we liked the Nav and the backup camera. Williams worked up a great price for the car, and a good price on the trade we had. We have bought plenty of cars over the years and this place was one of the best to deal with. I have learned now after shopping for 2 different cars in the last 9 months, not to buy a car on Long Island. It must cost more to operate on Long Island so for me it's worth the trip. When we worked on the price it was painless, pretty much gave William a price and he works with us. He only came back once and we agreed. Then it was off to finance thought maybe we would get the song and dance. Nothing only an asset to the company (Nick) he went over everything with no pressure what so ever. He even found us a better rate on a 60 month loan. I would definitly recommend Flemington to purchase a car from and it's worth the trip. More

Did my EXTREME price shopping online before even stepping foot into this dealership. Not only did they match and beat the pricing I got on TWO new Hyundais, but they also tossed in all the accessories and a foot into this dealership. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, this dealership takes a very casual "un-salesly" approach to selling. At no point was I rushed. Both vehicles were prepared meticulously for us. They did have to locate the 1 car in the color we wanted, which took a bit of time, but that's understandable and they were polite about it. I should mention that I traded in my car which was still under lease and over mileage, Felmington didn't hesitate to pay off the vehicle in full without any problems and within 3 weeks of me driving the new cars off their lot. As a car-shopping nightmare for most dealers, I really appreciated their attitude and willingness to work with us. Their manager Chris was extremely respectful and pleasant. If you're looking for a no-hassle car shopping trip go no further than Flemington....you'll be pleasantly surprised. More
