I went to dealership to purchase a new sonata. Both Bart and Jeff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Once I decided to buy the car from the dealership, they found the car quickly. The price that I paid was laid out very clearly and they did not try to pressure sell me on any "dealer" add-ons. I have rated my dealer with all 5's because from start to finish everyone we dealt with at this dealership was honest and very helpful and informative. My experience with the dealership is that they are very willing to work with clients on their financial budgets if you keep compromising with them. They had a Carfax on a car that was just recently traded- willing to work with clients on their financial budgets if you keep compromising with them. They had a Carfax on a car that was just recently traded-in and I felt the dealer was forthright regarding the information they had on the car. The finance manager was efficient and clearly was had great communication skills. I enjoyed the fact that they all had a sense of humor, but remained professional. This facility is one of the better experiences that I have had at a dealership in general. Unfortunately, there are alot less used cars, but this is standard in our economy. The car I got was a bargain (05 Toyota Camry) relative to other cars I had looked at. I will be returning to this dealership for my new car. More

I initially went to the dealership to get my old car serviced and ask some questions about maybe trading in. We talked about the different options available and I was pleasantly surprised with how professional and personable he was. After I purchased the new car, Jarrett made sure that I was 100% comfortable with everything before I left. Flemington Hyundai made this whole process so easy for me, from deciding about the car to financing to contacting my insurance and finalizing everything else (not to mention the great prices that they have). I was also greeted by the manager who came to make sure that we had everything we needed before we left. I haven't received such great customer service in other dealerships before and I guess I shouldn't have expected any less from Flemington Hyundai because I got my old car serviced there and they have a great servicing department as well! This was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this delearship! They really have a great team working there! More
These two put the word service back in the service department. After an abysmal experience at Brad Benson Repairs department( I refuse to call it a service department, I was treated the way all custom department. A+++ for the team and their whole crew. Even though they are about 40 minutes away compared to BB at 15, I will be willing to travel it to experience the wonderful treatment I received here. i bought a used car from them, we agree about a price i bought a used car from them, we agree about a price that was include every thing, out the door like they said . i needed to do financing and that i bought a used car from them, we agree about a price that was include every thing, out the door like they said . i needed to do financing and that were they brought the real con artist, he showed me about 10 pieces of papers i needed to sign and were was the price, it was about 3000 higher than what we agreed and i asked him is this with include the interest, he said yes i asked for the calculator on his table just to make sure that it's adding up right . and he told me that its stock to the table and he cant move it ( it was a portable small calculator), anyway it was my first time buying a car and i trusted that if a car dealer will rip you off he will do it with something broken in the car or something, i didn`t imagine that a big dealership like that will actually steal money from you, i was there with my year and a half old baby and my wife, it was about time for us to get over this and i just signed the paper . When i got home i calculated the amount and it came out to be they finance $843 more then we agreed about . after few phone call when i got to talk to nick the "finance/croock" He actually told me in those words, after me pointing him that he charge me more, he said i stole some money from you yes and i cant do anything about it, i know its sound crazy but he really did say that, then the manager told me that the process already started and they can pull out money back, even though i paid some in cash . needles to say that the car does have problems i hope i made somebody do the right choice and just skip flemington Hyundai in his car research More
Absolutely terrible honestly. The guy I worked with (Bart), he was actually a nice guy. But what it all boils down to is the sales manager and the finance guy. I came in there looking for strictly prices - just prices, on new Accents or Elantras. Low and behold, they ran a credit check for me assuming I was buying the car. I gave them a price point that I wanted to pay per month and they would see if they could do it I go to the finance guy's office and do the usual stuff (this is the rate you can get, yadda yadda). I didn't want to buy a car that day and I was about to leave. OH WAIT, sales manager comes in to try and get me to stay "sir, we purchased temporary insurance for you, if you leave this premises you will have to pay 270 dollars" Oh really? Not in my book. I never signed a contract that legally binded me to anything. The only thing I signed was that you could run my credit report. And that's when it came time to get my company lawyer on the phone to put them in place. I honestly would never, ever, ever come back here again. Absolutely terrible customer service and essentially a scam. More

Awful, simply awful. They promised us a price online and various special offers (including beating any other offer by $250). They also promised us the car we wanted was in stock. When we arrived - surprise, surprise - the car wasn't in-stock, but they had another just like it with a few minor upgrades. So we bit our tongues and listened to the pitch. That pitch took more than an hour of back and forth, "going to see my manager," bull, which ended with us simply asking to order the car we wanted. They wouldn't let us! "Why would you want that car when I have this one on the lot right now?" the salesman asked. "Because we can get the same car cheaper someplace else!" we replied. He wouldn't accept that. The worst part: the so-called "dealer options" add on. It's an extended warranty - for $3,000 - they feel the need to sell you by pretending it's mandatory. We said we didn't want it and they insisted we take it! And despite what they tell you no other dealer requires you to take an optional warranty. That's why it's optional! At the next table over, a family was trying to lease a new Sonata and said they had been there for 3+ hours trying to finish their transaction, but the sales team kept screwing up the contract - adding on charges and fees. We eventually walked out. This place is every bad car buying nightmare come to life. It is definitely NOT worth the drive. Stay away. More
