The experience that you had to endure was completely unacceptable to the standards we are accustomed to doing business at; I do hope that our calling you and addressing the situation helped in some small way in showing you that customer service does matter to Flemington Hyundai. We failed and we apologize. Again, my sincerest apologies that your experience here was not an exceptional one. I assure you that Flemington Hyundai has taken specific measures to ensure this type of thing does not happen again. The Finance person who originally helped you is no longer with our company and we have held several internal meeting specifically to address the catastrophic lack of follow up in order to prevent this situation in future interactions.
