I was met at the door with a friendly sales rep. Was able to take a test drive. Unfortunately they did not have a FWD available to purchase. After talking it over they said they were able to get me into an A to take a test drive. Unfortunately they did not have a FWD available to purchase. After talking it over they said they were able to get me into an AWD in the price range that was acceptable to me. They were willing to find a color that I wanted from another dealer. I left a deposit and since it was a far drive for me to return to pick the vehicle up, they offered to deliver it to me. I left expecting to receive my new vehicle delivered to me in a couple of days. Unfortunately this is where it all went BAD! Expecting to here from them early on delivery day to set up a time.. No call! I called late in the afternoon and they said sorry but we are still waiting to hear back from a dealer to locate your car, they said I'll call you back in 15 min. I never received a call, not even the next day. So I called them and asked for an update on the status the guy said I'll call you back in 15min, 5 hours later still no call! So I called them and was unable to get anyone on the phone. The next morning I was called by the same salesman that I signed papers with and he asked how I liked the test drive, and if I was interested in buying a car. I asked, WHAT? Umm? I bought a car from you that night! I'm waiting on delivery for the last 3 DAYS!! He said, oh right. Your finance rep that you were dealing with doesn't work here anymore. I said ok well where is my $500 deposit and where is my NEW CAR!! He said, I'll call you back in 15 min with some answers. An hour and a half later I had to call back because no one ever called me back! I talked to another finance rep and he had no answers other than I think we are looking for your vehicle. I'll call you back in 15min. You guessed it (NO CALL BACK) I called again! Said so what's going on, they found a vehicle and now are trying to get the bank to approve the loan. Should be no problem I have an excellent credit score and never have problems with banking. Unfortunately he said the bank rep was not available that he would take care of this tomorrow well tomorrow came no phone call I called him AGAIN! Now he says oh I have been terrible busy today I will be on this first thing Monday morning. I told him if the deal isnt done monday i want my deposit back MONDAY! He agreed. I got a call Monday at 10:30 am he said I just got in I will be calling the bank shortly to deal with your file. I gave him plenty of time and called back at 2pm he said the bank came back with a apr double what was agreed upon.I laughed, I said that's funny cause I haven't paid an APR that high in almost 20 years and the deal was set at half that % at 72 months the night I left I thought. I told him you have until 3:30 to close the deal at the better % or refund my deposit. I then placed a call to the dealership owner and was put on hold then sent to voicemail, I'm sure I won't get a call back from him either. 3:30 came no call, 3:45 I called them and said well? No answer on there end, I said refund my deposit they agreed. I called back at 5pm to see if they processed the deposit. He checked and said its been processed unfortunately the owner is gone for the day and he needs to approve it. I said are you kidding me? You knew in plenty of time that I needed the deposit back ASAP and you guys keep playing games.. By far this was my worst experience EVER buying anything new or used!!! More

Todd was a very good salesperson...explained all the features of the car. However the price I was quoted on one day was pulled off the table the next day. I went to the dealernowing which car I wanted (pre-owned 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE or limited, red, white or black). They had only one used car that fit my needs, a red SE. But I must say after driving the car, I fell in love with it and most of all the customer service I received really seal the deal for me. I was initially there to see Todd Porter, who called to follow up on an internet inquity I had previously made. However, Todd was with another customer and instead of having me wait until he was finished so he could make the sale, he referred me to William Pandak. William was amazing. Most importantly to me is that he was not pressuring. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happened in terms of price, rate, payment etc.I paid $3,000 less than the Kelly Blue Book value! I really wanted to take the car home that night, but I didnt have my trade in car, title, or the down payment with me. William arranged to take his personal car along with another employee to follow me home to get the title and the cash down payment I had. He went back to the office and had the managerger forward an email confirmin that they had received everything. I went back few days later to pick up my plates and decided to purchase a sunroof wind guard for my new car. William volunteered and spent about 20-30 mins installing it for me. Overall I had a great shopping experience with this dealer and would absolutely recommend them. One of the very few honest dealership I have dealt with during my shoppign experienc. Everyone is friendly and seemed to want to make your experience a smooth one. I went at the end of Dec. so they were quite busy, but yet I felt attended tat all times, wheather it was my salesperson or someone else making sure I was ok. Thanks Guys! More
We started visiting dealerships for purchasing 2012 Hyundai Tucson LImited edition with leather seats and navigation. After vising Global Hyundai, Sanson Hyundai and Brad Benson Hyundai we were disappointed in Hyundai delaerships for their lack of interest in selling (Global) and trying to force in selling something we did not want (GS with 3rd party navigation). After disappointing visits at dealerships I asked for an online quote from dealers. Flemington Hundai internet department was the first to respond and provided the lowest quote. Their internet sales person was Mark. When we reached there in person we met Bart (nickname) and he was very pleasent to deal with. They did not have the color that we wanted. But they did not force us to buy something in the lot that we did not like. They searched for our color in other dealer inventory and found it in upstate NY. They got the car delivered next day and gave us the price that they quoted. Although during the loan paperwork they made mistake (Review your numbers before you sign final agreement as people make mistake). When the mitake was found they corrected it and gave us 20% discount on the extended warranty. Bart was so nice that he came to work in evening especially for the car delivery on his vacation day. They give the best deal in the area plus give you a gas card and free oil changes for life. i highly recommend them. it's worth a drive to go there. More

This is my first hyndai and my first time dealing with Flemmington Hyundai, but if will defiantly not be my last. I purchased my car from Flemmington Hyundai because they were helpful, respectful, and honest. I have gone back after the sale to look at some accessories for my car and they were right there to help me and set up an appointment for me as well. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Hyundai save yourself the time from going to dearler to dealer and just go to Flemmington Hyundai, ask for Bill or Danny. More
