Joe Morales restored my faith in car salesman!!! Joe is so open, friendly, knowledgeable, and very intent on ensuring that you find a car that matches your requirements. I always felt that he was listening so open, friendly, knowledgeable, and very intent on ensuring that you find a car that matches your requirements. I always felt that he was listening and doing his best to put together a package that would work for me, both in terms of the car and the finances. As a female in the market for a car, it was wonderful to be taken seriously, which was certainly not the case in certain other dealerships. There was no high pressure sales tactics, I was allowed time to think about my options and make decisions on my time. If more car salesman were like Joe, the cliche car salesman image would soon die :0) This is my first Hyundai, and so I am running on first impressions, but everyone I have dealt with at the Flemington Hyundai dealership through the whole buying experience was very friendly and very helpful. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long relationship! More
I started making inquires at the dealership around 27 Oct 2012 about getting a yellow Veloster. Talked with Nick around 10 Nov. Nick was a pleasure to work with. It took a few days for Nick to locate one but then it was said to have been damaged (at another dealership) when Hurricane Sandy blew through. He was still looking for another yellow one with DCT, style, and tech packages when I stop in on 17 Nov 2012. I saw they had just roll a new orange one off the carrier that morning, with those 3 options so said I'd settle for orange. It was great that they didn't try harassing me to buy one like Towne Hyundai was doing all week, their emails were annoying and condescending about Flemington Hyundai. I returned to the dealership later that same day, with my military discharge papers, to finalize the deal. Nick handed me off to Redmond to do the financing, this is when things got confusing for me. Trying to keep up between what my banks offered me for the loan and the rate, how much my two banks said the MSRP should be, compared to the dealer invoice, what I was seeing on the sale sheet that Redmond was showing me, and what Nick originally verbally quoted me. The question of course was, am I getting the best deal I could get. Do the options I requested match what I was getting or at least was the price good enough to not let me feel cheated. On farther review the day after bringing her home; I have come to the conclusion that PenFed's car buying service with Flemington Hyundai did give me a super great deal! To Redmond's credit he was able to explain the numbers well. I did nearly walk out, as I knew I didn't need a new car right then and there was a used yellow Veloster, and an Elanta Touring that was more then willing to buy instead. Because in the back of my mind is the thought 'dealers are out to make as much money as possible'. Overall I was out in 3 hours, would have been much quicker if I felt more secure about the bottom line I had to pay, which now I absolutely do. Phil helped go over a couple of features in the vehicle, after the sale with the bluetooth, blue link, and other settings. And big thanks to Sherrie Binder the internet Sales woman (not listed above) who was my first contact via email, and thankfully helpful in getting the price down a touch more to an amount I was barely able to cover in cash, because my bank was unwilling to pay over what it thought MSRP was to be. (It was only a touch over at that) I will be returning to the dealer with the bank check in a couple days and to talk about BlueLink which is looking like a good deal also for three years of service. Great Job all! Thank you with putting me in my 1st new car ever, 1st with power locks/windows, 6th in my lifetime. More

Dan Carlson the salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice, and went out of his way to explain the features of the car without making me feel like he was trying to "sell" me something. I got a very fair price on both the new car and my 10-year-old trade-in. Their service VIP deal for free oil changes for life is also great. I was treated very respectfully and fairly and can't think of anything that would need to be improved about the experience. Thanks! More

I wanted to inform you as to the amateur experience I had at Flemington Hyundai in Flemington, NJ. I went to the dealership to work out a 2013 Sonata lease. I spoke with salesman Bart Wojciechowski who did at Flemington Hyundai in Flemington, NJ. I went to the dealership to work out a 2013 Sonata lease. I spoke with salesman Bart Wojciechowski who did a fine job showing me the details of the vehicle and taking me on a test drive. When we returned to the dealership he passed me off to Michael Baykara, the general sales manager. Mike quoted me $259/month for a GLS with the popular package, 36 months and 12,000 miles and no money down. I told him the numbers were great, but left the dealership. After speaking to my wife she told me to get more options, so I called up Mike an hour later and asked him for the numbers on a special edition turbo. He came back with saying, "the payment will go up to 279". The following day I called the salesman Bart and told him to do the deal on the SE Turbo. I asked him to add up the total of the payments and the residual as I was driving at the time and he replied with $10,044 and a residual of $13,4XX. I agreed and he then took a $500 deposit via credit card and I worked out a date to finish the paperwork at the dealership. On September 19 at 5pm I arrived at the dealership where Bart was 40 minutes late. Frustrated, Russ Sheppard got the paperwork started. After spending two hours at the dealership (waiting, inspecting the vehicle, switching insurance, paperwork) I was brought into the office of Redmond O’Rourke, sales manager. It was here that he informed me that my deal was $279 per month for 48 months and 15,000 miles. I was shocked and disagreed. Mike Baykara never informed me that the length of the lease, mileage, or residual was changing. He wrote this down in his own notes, details that were never discussed with me, and obviously not with the salesman Bart either. This would create a $3348 difference in payments. Explaining that this was wrong, he spoke with my salesman Bart and another sales manager “Jeff”. After wasting another half hour of my time, speaking loudly in an office that has no ceiling, I was brought back a deal that would cost me thousands more. Flemington Hyundai would not finish the deal which was agreed upon. I will not buy a vehicle and spend thousands more than the verbal agreement I had with Mike Baykara and Bart Wojciechowski, especially when it was the dealership staff that made the mistake. In speaking with Mike Baykara the next day, he did not understand the problem, explaining that terms change all of the time, but when they do, I would hope that this information is passed along to the customer. Hopefully a lot is learned from this situation, as I learned a lot about Flemington Hyundai. More
Frank was the person we dealt with mostly. he answered our questions, gave us a fair price. calculated the final cost to us. This is our 5th Hyundai. My second Santa Fe. 4 of the 5 were bought here and Russell has been our salesperson. Russell is wonderful to work with. He knows myself and my wife and when he sees us, he knows t were bought here and Russell has been our salesperson. Russell is wonderful to work with. I had compared prices from other dealerships and this was lowest to the best of my knowledge. And more than that, dealership was very straight forward in communication over phone. I decided to drive 35 miles and Check it out myself and I wasnt wrong. I worked with Dan Carlson who showed the vehicles with interest, explained in detail about them, and answered all my questions professionally. With pricing, there was no haggling as it was very reasonable to begin with. The DMV fees and documentation was lowest I paid. My friend has been to other dealerships where they tried to add etch and destination fees which was never even raised in flemington. Financing was 2 min matter while working with Redmond o'rouke and I was out of dealership in 4 hours with the car, most of that time was spent test driving 2 vehicles, and Dan navigating me through each and every detail about my new car. Few mins ago, I learned that my friend whom i had referred also bought his car from this dealership and had similar fascinating experience. Recommended to anybody wanting a nice experience... More

The dealership honored their internet pricing, and when I came in for delivery, everything was ready, and I was on my way home in my ne transaction.
