Great customer service , staff was friendly and made sure I was happy before walking out the door. Flemington was able to get me a better rate on my auto loan than my own bank that I not only do all my banki I was happy before walking out the door. I had a car accident and totaled my 2005 Toyota Matrix on 6/28/12. The last plan that I had for my life for this year was to buy a new car,so it was not a matter of choice, but of necessity that bought me t 6/28/12. I have been a Toyoto person for many years and was set on getting another Toyota. After visiting a Toyota Dealership on Saturday 7/7/12 my husband and I were disappointed with the choice of vehicles there and the fact that they were not willing to work with us very well on price/financing. As we left there we approached the Hyundai dealership and decided to visit. (Prior to this my husband was researching the Hyundai's and he wanted to look at them). I was sceptical but went in because after all I needed a car and soon as I driving a rental. Upon parking the car on this 104 degree day Tim Kaplan came out to greet us in a nice friendly way (not pushy at all) and offered us cold drinks and a look around at cars. I told him what I was looking for and test drove the Tucson only after he cooled it off for us so we would not get into a boiling hot car. I loved the feel of the vehicle and the drive. I loved all of the features and felt that for the price that it was a much better deal than we were offered at Toyota so I bought it right then and there. The color that I wanted was not on the lot, but Tim worked to get me my choice and very quickly. By Wednesday 7/11/12 I had the car of my choice and drove it home. Tim was very diligent in his work and kept me informed every step of the way in the process. Upon arrving to pick up the car Tim was busy with another customer, but Bill Pandak stepped right up to the plate offering my husband and me cold water or coffee (even making a fresh pot for me) and gave my a Hyundai tote bag with some paperwork and a pen. He was very friendly and cordial. The financing with Redmond O'Rourke was a breeze and to my surprise he was able to get me a better rate then originally discussed. Tim went over all of the features of the car and I drove it home without any issues. Tim's supervisor Mark Vehling conducted an exit interview which covered all of my questions. The overall buying experience was very smooth and stress free. The warranties and service are also excellent promting me to buy a Hyundai I look forward to safe driving for many years to come in my new Tucson. Thank you. Suzanne M. I took a test drive & was very impressed with the handling of the car. The dealership was very accomandating in regard to my leased car. ( they took some pressure off me with taking care of the paperwork on the lease). Tom was very informmative & tried to keep my payments as close to my current budgeted amount as possible. I had already done my research on the vehicle I wanted, and was looking for a quick, simple, and relatively painless way to complete a purch Program. Mark Vehling handled all of my questions either on the phone or via e-mail, found me the exact car I was looking for, provided me a very competitive price, and arranged for the car - and all the paperwork - to be delivered to me at my home. In my opinion, it does not get any simpler or more painless than that! Jarrett Hynes delivered the car to me as arranged, explained the features of the vehicle thoroughly, and had all the necessary paperwork well-organized and ready for signature. Throughout the entire process, I never had to visit the dealership, but if the service staff is as professional as my sales contacts, I know I'll be in good hands. More
I was requesting pricing on sonata's by phone and can't believe what I had to go through in order to get a price. I knew exactly what I wanted and saw it on the internet at Flemington Hyundai. So I calle believe what I had to go through in order to get a price. I knew exactly what I wanted and saw it on the internet at Flemington Hyundai. So I called in and then it all began. When I called the phone just rang and rang at first finally a salesperson picked up and very rudely asked what I wanted. I try to explain that I saw the car I had been looking for on their website and just needed their best price. He cut me off mid sentence and said "we don't give prices over the phone you have to come in but we have a price guarantee so If I'm serious and have a price from another dealer to bring it in and they will beat it." I tried to explain that I wasn't driving all that way if he couldn't give me a price that was even close to what I had from another dealer. He didn't know that I was willing to pay a little more then the quote I had since he had the color I really wanted and maybe I should of told him but because he was so rude I didn't feel comfortable dealing with him at all. Especially being a single woman I just knew If I went there by myself they would play games and try to take advantage of me. I ended up finding the same car a little further away but they treated me like family and gave me a better price then everyone else that was close to where I live. If you are a single woman, easily intimadated or not the best negotiator don't waste you time at Flemington Hyundai they will not treat you like you deserve. Go somewhere else. More
