These guys are great! Mark and his team were incredible. I went in looking for a specific car but once the numbers were crunched I realized I wasn't going to be able to aff Mark and his team were incredible. I went in looking for a specific car but once the numbers were crunched I realized I wasn't going to be able to afford the monthly payments. Mark did not give up on me, instead he and his team worked hard to find a car that better met my needs AND found the best possible interest rate for me. These guys took SUCH good care of me and I would go back to them in a heartbeat! More

Better than I had hoped for I actually had more or less dreaded the car-buying experience. I don't like being bullied or lied to and my reaction to that is generally negative. My husband is very busy at this time of year and since the car we were replacing is mine, he delegated the entire process to me. I had bought a car on my own years ago but I discovered the process is entirely different now. I knew I wanted an Elantra because I had driven a rental one when my car was being repaired last year and I loved it. I did all of my research on the internet and settled on four dealerships. One called within minutes, if not seconds--of my computer entry and was very pushy--so that eliminated that one. The dealer offering the best price was Action Hyundai.of Flemington so I decided to go there last. I made appointments with the two remaining dealerships. I'd have to say the experiences were disappointing--and exactly what I had expected--being talked down to and outright lied to. The prices were higher as well. When I got to Action Hyundai, it was immediately apparent this was a different kind of place. Dan Carlson, the salesman, actually listened to what I had to say. He had answers for all my questions and did not treat me as though I were a stupid woman. He behaved in a very gentlemanly way and made the experience pleasant. He was very well-informed and very affable. The car was ready when he said it would be and I just love it. I would recommend Dan and his dealership to anyone with full confidence they would share a similar experience. More

Then Jason starting telling me about the CX-5. I had already done a lot of research on the CX-5, so I knew a lot of the information but Jason filled in the gaps of information that I didn't understand and all the different model types. I knew I wanted a Bluetooth system, good gas miles, and all wheel drive for the snow during the winter. I test drove a CX-5 in the pouring rain and I loved it! It was perfect for my needs. It drove just like a little car but it was just big enough for me. Jason make a great deal with me! He knew about what i wanted to pay for monthly payments. I was not sure if i wanted to lease or buy. He came back with all the different numbers between leasing and buying to figure out what was the best thing for me at the time. I choose to lease. Jason was great and I am very satisfied with my payments and the car I got! This my second car from action Hyundai but the first one i bought myself. It was great first experience! Thank you JASON! Extremely Happy - Highly Recommend this dealership!!! I recently decided (or rather my 2005 Tuscon decided for me) that it was time to purchase a new car. Having had my Tuscon for almost 10 years, and be I recently decided (or rather my 2005 Tuscon decided for me) that it was time to purchase a new car. Having had my Tuscon for almost 10 years, and being very happy with it, I knew that my next car would be a Hyundai - preferably the new 2014 Tuscon. I did my research and obtained the AAA True Car Value for the new Tuscon, but also decided that I liked the looks of the new Sonata. AAA provides quotes from 3 dealerships within the area. Erin Jasinski from Action Hyundai called me literally 10 minutes after I completed the AAA process. We spoke for a few minutes about the new Tuscon and I agreed to come in and test drive one on Friday, May 23rd. I also had an appointment to test drive at the dealership where I had purchased my 2005 for the next day. My intention from the get go was to simply test drive, get the numbers and more than likely make the purchase at the other dealership where I had had a very good experience in the past. My sister-in-law and I arrived and were met by Frank (Erin was on break), and passed on to Dave Goncalves to start the process. I can not say enough good things about Dave. He was very friendly, and truly listened to everything I said. He showed me the Tuscon and as we were walking back to get the keys for the test drive, we stopped and looked at a Sonata. I mentioned that I really liked the looks of the car, and Dave asked if I wanted to drive one after driving the Tuscon. Of course I agreed. I took the Tuscon out for a drive and it was nice. I liked it, but wasn't 100% sold on it. We talked a few minutes, and then Dave went and pulled out a 2014 Sonata GLS. Took the car out and all I can say is that it was instant love. I never thought I would go back to a car, which sits lower than my previous vehicle, but this car was so sleek, so very comfortable, I knew it was the car for me. I had a hard stop price that I was willing to pay monthly for my vehicle. Dave knew this, and worked hard to get the price where I wanted it, but initially it just wasn't going to happen. Tony Lee then entered the conversation. Previous experience has taught me that once the manager gets involved, the "bullying" begins. I just wasn't going to have it and was more than willing to walk away. We were tired and hungry and just wanted to move the process along. Tony came over and completely blew me away. He gave me his pitch, in a very comical way which kept us entertained for a few minutes, and then I basically told him how it was. I let him know where I stood, and after a little more time, I ultimately walked out the door that evening with the 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS that I had fallen in love with, at the price I wanted. I can not stress enough the fact that not once was I ever pressured to make the purchase. Dave worked his heart out to make this happen, and both Dave and Tony were very respectful during the entire process. Dave has a gift. He truly listened and never once tried to talk me out of what I wanted. In fact, when I thought about settling on an interior color I didn't like because I loved the exterior, he actually talked me out of that decision which is a blessing. I am so very happy with my decision, and would recommend Action Hyundai, particularly Dave Goncalves in a heartbeat to my friends and family. More
An exceptional experience I was not prepared for! I sent an internet request to two dealerships, Action being one of them. She returned a call later and talked for at least 15 minutes in which that discussion pushed me over the edge to come in. That was a stretch since the other dealer was about 6 miles from home and Action was about 25 miles. Upon arriving on Saturday 5/17/14 to simply took at an Elantra and get a sense of the integrity of the dealership, Jennifer was quick to react to the need for a test drive, and at that time turned it over to Joe Morales. Joe was exceptional in his knowledge of the car, allowed my wife and I to take it on a very challenging test drive on curving and hilly roads to test the handling. All the while Joe was able to integrate other functional details of the vehicle into the discussion. While initially waiting for the 2014 to come to the front door, Joyce and I saw a few 2013 limited editions were were much nicer but at a higher price than we were willing to stretch to. After the test drive of the 2014, we took a harder look at the 2013's and challenged Joe to provide a competitive analysis and price for both the 2013 and 2014. The initial price offering was fair and we were about to leave to go to the other dealer for their review. As background on me, I am an engineer that does a thorough analysis on anything I buy, I usually take much more time to vet out the purchase to provide me with a comfortable understanding that I received the best value for the price. At that point, Tony Lee came over to talk about why we were leaving. After a few animated and enjoyable discussions, I made it clear that the no one could talk me into buying a car on the spot and was about to leave. Tony again asked about my decision criteria very respectfully. I simply said that leaving the dealership after purchasing the car would likely leave me with some form or buyers remorse knowing I didn't follow my own thorough vetting process. I suggested that the only real way to counter that would be to create an offer that would then force me to have non-buyers remorse for passing up such a great deal. You can guess Tony and his management team came back and pushed me over the emotional threshold and I agreed to purchase the car. I need to say that we both put pressure on each other's opinion, but Tony was a true professional and very respectful throughout the process. I now have a brand nee Elantra Limited in the garage and plan to take it for a Sunday drive as soon as I finish this review as I committed to provide a review given the professional and knowledgeable treatment I received. Joe took great pains to explain every feature of the car before we left. I am not a person that is easily pleased with customer experiences, but the collective team of Jennifer, Joe, and Tony won me over and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a car to visit them. I found the Sonata I wanted online but I live almost an hour away. My correspondence was done via email with Mike. He was very helpful and was even willing to quote a price by email, but I was still skeptical due to past experiences. All went well on my visit to the dealership. Dave was great through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when explaining the Sonata. We then had an opportunity to work with the sale manager Frank. He was exrtremely friendly. He was very knowledgble about all the financing options available and made us feel comfortable when making a decision. In short, Dave and Frank delivered and I left the dealership knowing I got a great deal from honest people without any hassle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! More
