I wanted to be sure I had the right car at the right price, and Action allowed me the time to make a decision that I'm very happy with. If they were frustrated by my indecision, it didn't show. Our credit was not in the best condition since we just purchased our first home and got married. Joe and Frank worked diligently to: 1) Find a bank that would finance our purchase, and 2) Negotiate a deal that involved trading in our lease early. When I met Karen, I instantly wi I had been shopping around for quite some time as the end of my Lease was nearing, including at Hyundai competitors. When I met Karen, I instantly wished I had started my search with her. She answered all of my questions and was as determined as I was to find the exact car and specifications that I wanted (even including color). She was also able to help my mom find what she was looking for as well - she ended up with the Sonata in addition to my Elantra. I would recommend Karen at Flemington Hyundai to any of my friends thanks to her professionalism, thoroughness, and overall kindness in making sure I received exactly what I wanted in a car. More

I explained I was there to review options and that I had received an e-mail with an o Immediately upon entering the dealership I was welcomed by Mark. I explained I was there to review options and that I had received an e-mail with an offer. Quickly he obtained the necessary information and showed me some car options. I, of course, wanted to keep all of the same features that I currently had but in a new car without having to sacrifice monthly payments. Not only did he help me through out the process and explain all features, but his Manager, Frank, was very kind and informative. I have had past car buying experiences dealing with managers, and Frank by far proved not to be the stereotypical "car guy". The price was exactly what I was looking for; there was no need to delay and I drove away with a brand new car and could not be happier. In addition, I had visited a Hyundai dealer closer to my home before my visit to Action Hyundai, and was very dissapointed. This experience was different and I plan on sending all my friends and family in the market for a Hyundai there! More
