I explained I was there to review options and that I had received an e-mail with an offer. Quickly he obtained the necessary information and showed me some car options. I, of course, wanted to keep all of the same features that I currently had but in a new car without having to sacrifice monthly payments. Not only did he help me through out the process and explain all features, but his Manager, Frank, was very kind and informative. I have had past car buying experiences dealing with managers, and Frank by far proved not to be the stereotypical "car guy". The price was exactly what I was looking for; there was no need to delay and I drove away with a brand new car and could not be happier. In addition, I had visited a Hyundai dealer closer to my home before my visit to Action Hyundai, and was very dissapointed. This experience was different and I plan on sending all my friends and family in the market for a Hyundai there! More
