Joe was friendly, straight-forward, and after the purchase, he took the time to show us all the tricks/tips of our new Hyundai Sonata. Price was fair and they were willing to negotiate a little beyond an already discounted price. Only area for improvement is on processing - we waited for about an hour after agreeing on a price to work with the financing/legal side to sign the paperwork. Overall, we would recommend buying a car from this dealership and specifically Joe Morales. More

She brought us to they exact cars we were interested in, for what we wanted to spend and we never felt pressured. Her knowledge, experience, and customer service skills are second to none. I was there with my entire family (including mother-in-law) and she was attentive to everyone. But it wasn't only the sale that was great, it was her followup after the sale and her continued efforts to ensure we are satisfied. Because we live in Staten Island and the cost of bridges are not cheap she made it easy to get us our license plate tags sent directly to us. Again her follow through was excellent. Although the sales people have changed over the years the experience has never changed. It has always been professional, enjoyable, and friendly. They respect you as a customer and there has never been any high pressure, bait & switch etc. These things are simply not in their playbook. The sales team at Action really believe in customer service, fair pricing, and honesty. Jeff MacDonald, the sales manager isa real pro, and as a result so are his sales staff. My salesman, Mark Whitney was extremely helpful throughout the process. Not only is he knowledgeable about the product, he went out of his way to make sure he answered every question I had in a truthful and respectful way. He found the car I wanted, coordinated its delivery and quoted and delivered on an excellent price. without any hassle. It took me less than an hour and a half, (including a test drive) to buy the car. Thanks to Mark, when I left the dealership I knew I was treated well and got the best price. I will keep coming back.
