He also did not old back information of what we were entitled to (ie special offers,rebates etc.). This openness was not offered by other dealers in the area. Because of this our family has bought and leased a total of 6 cars from him in three years, i also must say that the service department, Bob Young and Karen Titus definitely cemented our relationship with this dealership by always taking care of us as though we were a family member.. Beware: Bait and switch After being told by their internet sales professional, Erin Lamb, that a specific vehicle I was interested in was in stock and making an appointment t After being told by their internet sales professional, Erin Lamb, that a specific vehicle I was interested in was in stock and making an appointment to come see it the next day, I drove 70 miles to test drive it and possibly purchase it. The confused sales team had no idea I was coming and ran around for a half hour trying to figure out where the vehicle was until they finally concluded that it has been sold the previous night. They made an attempt to interest me in another vehicle but gave up when I told them I wanted only the specific year and color that I came in to see. Weeks later, after being constantly contacted by Erin Lamb to come in and test drive, I checked their website to see that the vehicle that was supposedly sold was still listed as being in stock. I contacted the dealership under another email and had Charlie Cart confirm that the vehicle was indeed in stock and invited me in to see it. These people are running an obvious bait and switch operation or are the most incompetent group of workers in existence. Several emails to the general manager, Bill Snouffer, have gone unanswered. In addition, I still haven't received the $25 Walmart gift card I was supposed to receive for coming in to the dealership, which was the deal advertised on their website. More
Here we go again when I purchased my 2010 Santa Fe I got 'Gap Insurance' and was told that if I paid the vehicle off sooner than the 60 month loan, I would be refunded when I purchased my 2010 Santa Fe I got 'Gap Insurance' and was told that if I paid the vehicle off sooner than the 60 month loan, I would be refunded the unused portion of the premium, cannot get any response from the new sales manager on this matter. here we go again. Excellent dealership!!!!! Craig was the best dealer that I have ever dealt with!!!!! I went to 4 different dealerships and NONE OF THEM TREATED ME LIKE HYUNDAI DID!!!! Replace headlight I went to the service department to have a new headlight installed. Good Service Experience I was greeted with a friendly welcome and waited for a routine vehicle service (multi-point check and oil change). Not only did you accommodate us, but you provided my husband transportation to and from the hotel where we were staying. We truly appreciate the friendly service. Karin was extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we made it to Martha's Vineyard and then back to Florida, we still experienced the intermittent problem of the car not starting.
