He knows the inventory, listens to what we wanted and makes recommendations on what might be a better deal or preferred purchase. He is friendly and very conscientious. Truly follows up with calls (even a year or more later) to see how my experience has been with the vehicle. I will only work with Eddie in the future. Then on to service once I have my new car. Karin is a HUGE asset to the dealership. She not only makes the service appointment as quickly as possible, she gets to know you and asks how the dog is doing or how is your new home. I moved an hour away from the dealership recently and still drive there for service rather than go to a local dealership only 5 minutes from my new home. Ask for Eddie and introduce yourself to Karin. They make you feel like friends. More

The same great service I am accustomed to. Needed to replace tires on my Tuscon. Karen tried to find tires to match the ones on the car to no avail.
