Charles worked with me every step of the way. We went from one vehicle to the next just checking out what I liked. He was helpful, courteous, and encouraging. At times, I had my doubts about financing and Milton was there with all the financial answers. I should say I was probably one of their more difficult buyers. Even as I was introduced to the rest of the team everyone was professional, and friendly! Everything worked out, I did lease a 2015 Tucson, and I am fully enjoying my new ride!
