I have purchased a half-dozen new cars, and this was by far the best dealer experience I have had. My wife and I went in to buy an Accent and decided on the Elantra instead. Craig Leonard, the salesman, was totally pressure free, knowledgeable about the cars, and a pleasure to deal with. Negotiated a fair price, did a reasonable amount of haggling with us but nothing crazy (we also traded in), and he even let me research prices on the internet from his computer (I hadn't done my homework on the Elantra, so he let me do it from his desk). Finance manager was equally decent, no-bull, no pressure, didn't make it harder, but made it easier. Fastest finance manager in history. I feel like we got a good deal. After we got the car Craig spent at least a half-hour with us going over the features and set up both our phones for the Bluetooth on the radio, which was very helpful. He called me 10 days later just to check on the car and offered to answer questions. Free first oil change is nice, too. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealer to anyone. More
Brought my car in three times could not fix the problem, then brought my car to bud and waltz they diagnosed the problem straight away. The dealer keep my car there for a few days each time. We just leased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Franklin Sussex Hyundai. This is the best dealership we have ever done business with. Kevin was very easy to talk to even though he is a little loud. Less than four months ago we bought a car from this dealership and unfortunately had to trade it in because my husband can no longer drive a manual transmission car. We expected to lose at least five to six thousand dollars by trading the car in but, as it turned out, we made out OK. Most dealerships take advantage of older folks but, this isn't the case here. when we spoke to the settlement person Dana, she just made things even easier. We thought we were going to lose over $4000.00 for the different warranties we had on the other car but, Dana was able to transfer everything to the new car and we are getting a check back for $600.00. My husband and I are very grateful for all their help. We recommend Franklin Sussex Hyundai to everyone we talk to. Thank you Franklin Sussex Hyundai! More
I went to Franklin Sussex Hyundai in order to buy a new 2012 Hyundai Accent. I dealt with Erin Lamb who was a very good salesperson. She was friendly and very willing to answer any questions. She was an ex 2012 Hyundai Accent. I dealt with Erin Lamb who was a very good salesperson. She was friendly and very willing to answer any questions. She was an excellent salesperson and I believe I got my Accent at a good price. However, in my opinion, beware of Dana. While she was figuring out the finance of the vehicle, she kept printing out different finance agreements. She then explained to me that she was going to give me a better rate which would save me $600.00 in finance charges and I would get a tire warranty agreement with some coupons that would add approximately $536.00 to the principal. I foolishly agreed. One for the dealership. Upon going over the numbers I realized that the finance charges were going to be approximately the same but it was going to cost me approximately $520.00 more in payments. If dealing with Dana just get your finance charge agreement, sign it and don't agree to any other offers. More
I am soooooo super excited about my car even though it's used! I can't believe I finally got what I wanted. My very own 2011 Elantra!!! My parents bought their car from Erin so naturaly when it was my turn used! I can't believe I finally got what I wanted. My very own 2011 Elantra!!! My parents bought their car from Erin so naturaly when it was my turn they took me to her and OMG! I got the car of my dreams! She was so nice and helpful and I loved the experience. My parents said we lucky finding this dealeship. They used to buy their cars from a dealer closer to us in NY but they treated us like garbage and would not help us, and now, we have Erin. She completely gets it! I have to say that everyone at that dealership is amazingly helpful and super nice. The Manager Chuck was easy to talk to as well, not like most dealerships that they talk to you in circles. The financing part was so easy too. The lady Dana in the financing office was very nice and took control of the whole thing. She showed us how to save money and talked to me about the importance of good credit and how to make sure I keep a good credit history and score. I am so happy and would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Best experience EVER!!!!!!! More

I did the negotiating and worked out all of the details through e-mail correspondence and some phone calls. The first time I stepped into the dealership was the day I picked up the car. I felt that I got a great deal based on comparison shopping at other dealers. I never felt I was under any pressure whatsoever. Erin was out the day I picked up the car so all of the paperwork was handled by Ali, the General Sales Mgr. He was very easy to deal with and everything was taken care of in a short amount of time. This was a great buying experience and I highly recommend Franklin Sussex Hyundai. More
