I came to this dealership as I was aware that a friend had recently transferred there. Tom Hummel. (Finance Manager). We were looking to lease a new Hyundai Elantra Coupe. They did not have one is stock the configuration we wanted so they acquired one from another dealer that was exactly what we wanted. The deal was SO good we went back for another one! This time we wanted a red coupe and they went to Connecticut to get it. I got a great price on my trade in by Solomon, the sales manager. Craig was great as my personal salesman, and Charlie was my first salesman on the first unit. Everyone was great, no pressure. We had also had a bad experience at another dealer so this was a refreshing experience. Tom Hummel is a trustworthy man. I signed all the papers without batting an eye as I know I can trust him. He is the main reason I went to this dealer. Solomon giving me a great trade value is the second reason I went back for another car. He made me a deal I could not turn down. By the way, I drove 60 miles to this dealership, and there are plenty of other dealers around... go here, they are worth the trip! Thanks! More

We were shopping for a new car for my husband, and looked at the Elantra. This dealer gave us a great deal on the car, and the salesperson, Erin Lamb, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the mod at the Elantra. I went in very nervous to deal with car salesmen but was pleasantly surprised to deal with Erin Lamb. She was very patience, knowledgeable and honest. Went in for service on my Hyundai Sonata. Each time, the price increased a bit. This time it was a ridiculous! Besides the fact that their rate per hour for labor is insane, they overcharge for parts. When price increased a bit. This time it was a ridiculous! Besides the fact that their rate per hour for labor is insane, they overcharge for parts. When I went in, it was for an oil change and tire rotation. They called to let me know I needed to have my cabin filter changed. Apparently since I live on a back road and in the woods a lot of debri accumulated in it. I looked up the price from 7 other places and they ranged from $9 to $13 for the part. I told them to go ahead. When I went to pick up my car, the cost was $216 and change! On top of the oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change (which they charged me $25 for just the part; double what it cost), they also added an AC kit. I told them there was nothing wrong with my AC to need a new kit. They replied I needed it and there was nothing they could do about it, it went with the cabin filter. I told them I could do something.....not bringing my car there again! Yes they are friendly, because they are robbing you! More
Found car online and got amazing price quote. Drove over 100 miles one way and wrapped up deal within hours. All financing, registration, etc... taken care of. I had some pretty tough limits I set on the purchase I knew what I wanted to put down and monthly payments. Enter Tom Puco from finance(he is top notch in my book) Erin and Tom LISTENED, and designed some purchase and lease options....I ended up leasing and I will use the lease end purchase option. I also got a tire warranty and the lifetime powertrain. with my driving habits it is more than worth it. I did check other dealerships; Wayne Hyundai (never again) They didnt come close. Franklin Sussex is local and superior as far as customer service. I only relly dealt with Erin and Tom and they were Fantastic I am super happy with my NEW Accent More
