Franklin Sussex Hyundai

When I arrived at the dealership, I informed the customer sales rep I dealt with (Bob Howlett) that while I was in need of a new vehicle, I had very little money for a down payment, and I could only afford a sales rep I dealt with (Bob Howlett) that while I was in need of a new vehicle, I had very little money for a down payment, and I could only afford a small monthly payment in the event of a lease. Bob acknowledged that while my options were limited, he would do all he could to help me get into a reliable vehicle. After completing a credit application that same evening, Bob got in touch with me and informed me that while my credit was "light," he had received the bank's approval for a lease. I was in a 2013 Elantra GLS the next day, all for an amount I could afford. Although this was my first experience with a car dealership, the service Bob provided was great, and all other employees I dealt with matched him in friendliness/helpfulness. The car has been great thus far. Would recommend to all who find themselves in my situation. More
