We were assisted by Erin Lamb, who was not pushy, but worked to find us a good car to fit our growing family. There was no pressure and after we reached a verbal agreement of terms, we went to financing to complete the purchase. After we got home that evening, we reviewed the contract and saw that although the payments were what we agreed on, the terms were a little different. We knew it was already signed and it was our own fault for not reading it closer. However a few days later we called Erin about spare key and mentioned the descrepency, she advised us to come in and meet with her sales manager. We were still skeptical whether anything could be changed after contract was signed, however to our surprise, they re-wrote a new contract with terms we had discussed with Erin and we saved an additional $1500. It was terrific and we couldn't believe the honesty and fairness they displayed throughout. Franklin-Sussex Hyundai is an honest, professional dealership and we plan to return next time we need a new or used vehicle. More

He showed me 3 different models and trim levels And allowed me to pick the one of my choice and not the most expensive of options. Lou in finance was straight forward and didn't try to upsell me on anything post purchase. Karin in service, is prompt and professional. Bravo all around. Thanks Craig Lou and Karin! More

Within 5 minutes of calling was told I could bring car in that night and have it back the next day, and that it was likely covered by warranty (actually covered by recall). From first call to driving away I was very pleased (and relieved) with the experience. No other place I called would look at the car for at least 4-5 days. More
Front end clicking fixed I had a front end clicking I thought it was the axle but it was a O ring behind the rotor and on the axle.They fixed it no problem. I also had a rear brake issue, that they fixed for a smallprice.Brake pads were too tight in cradle,they lubed it and put it back together in no time. More

I contacted the dealership and they quickly resolved the discrepancy to my satisfaction. I WILL definitely return to Franklin Sussex Hyundai as a repeat customer. A High Pressure Experience Visited dealer on 3/15, was pressured into signing papers for a used Hyundai, price, $14,995.00, received no copies of papers due to "extermely high v Visited dealer on 3/15, was pressured into signing papers for a used Hyundai, price, $14,995.00, received no copies of papers due to "extermely high volume of sales" Was promised for $500.00 the car would be certified and I would get Bumper-to-Bumper for 60,000 miles and engine and trans for 100,000 miles. Finally was given copies of papers on 3/24 and found over $4,000.00 in extra charges and in bold letters on contract, all sales final, no 'cooling off ' period. High pressure bait and switch tactics, any time I can warn folks to stay away I will. More

Half the battle is finding a good sales professional that I could work with. I found that person in Erin Lamb. Don't mind telling you, took an hour to drive to Franklin Sussex Hyundai and all afternoon to complete the paper work. However, I'm very pleased with my 2011 Tucson. It was deffinately worth the trip! Also, on final inspection, found a parking lamp and marker lamp burned out. Erin didn't hesitate to have "service" pull the car in and change burned out bulbs.
