Great Pre-Owned Vehicle Buying Experience A week prior to my visit to Sellers Buick GMC I visited a different dealership in the area. The inexperienced salesperson, very long wait in the lobby A week prior to my visit to Sellers Buick GMC I visited a different dealership in the area. The inexperienced salesperson, very long wait in the lobby, and inaccurate lease quote over the phone vs. in-person was extremely frustrating. On the Sellers website I expressed interest in a used vehicle in their inventory. Even though it was in the evening, Austin replied via e-mail almost immediately. After scheduling my appointment, I visited the dealership and met with Austin. Along with being friendly and personable, he took the time to review different new vehicle lease rates with me, let me test drive the used vehicle I expressed interest in, and coordinated a smooth vehicle purchase once I had decided to buy used. I would absolutely recommend Sellers Buick GMC and Austin to friends and family in the future. Thanks for a great dealership experience! More

Fantastic experience! My husband and I had been looking for a Buick Enclave. I said to my husband "I want to go to Sellers and see what they have to offer". We went to Sellers and the first thing I noticed was the warm and welcoming greeting we were given by the receptionist . The receptionist called for a sales person and we met Lucy Klinko. Lucy was very professional, honest, pleasant, and very knowledgable regarding the dealership's inventory. She asked us what we wanted in a car, answered every question we had and we had a few, took the time to explain things, called us back promptly when we called her. There was absolutely no pressure. Lucy made our experience with Seller's top-notch! My husband and myself would not hesitate to return to Sellers and Lucy to purchase our next car. We are equally very pleased! I was well informed of the progress on my car repair, the repairs was completed within the estimate and my schedule and concerns were considered and accommodated. Initially my concern was the car was starting to run a little warm and seemed to be losing fluid. Todd explained the issues and proceeded with the repair. As additional questions occurred to me he responded to those concerns in a very thoughtful and helpful manner. I mentioned one of my wheels needed attention and he worked to get that repaired also while the car was at the dealer. Todd was very responsive, personable, thoughtful and professional.
