Initially my concern was the car was starting to run a little warm and seemed to be losing fluid. Todd explained the issues and proceeded with the repair. As additional questions occurred to me he responded to those concerns in a very thoughtful and helpful manner. I mentioned one of my wheels needed attention and he worked to get that repaired also while the car was at the dealer. Todd was very responsive, personable, thoughtful and professional. So much easier than expected! My lease was up and needed to get into something new. I wasn't sure about what I really wanted and decided to test drive the Terrain. Free time for me is super tight so I didn't have a lot of time to spend on the whole process. On Monday Austin Nutt responded to my inquiry and had me on my test drive that evening. I still wasn't sure and wanted another test drive and without hesitation Austin accommodated me. He even got me a super awesome deal on my new lease. By Thursday I was driving away with my new car.
