Patience and excellence Todd patiently listened to my concern about something that I thought wasn't right and he took my vehicle overnight to check it out and gave me a loane Todd patiently listened to my concern about something that I thought wasn't right and he took my vehicle overnight to check it out and gave me a loaner vehicle. When the techs couldn't reproduce the concern they went beyond by calling GM to inquire about it. When no resolution was found, Todd insisted that I keep the loaner vehicle another day so that he could try again. After all of the effort I learned that what I was experiencing was normal and that there was nothing wrong after all. I wasn't wrong but it took an explanation to understand why it was happening. I felt bad about wasting their time and even more for occupying a loaner vehicle for two days, and when I went to pay, I was very surprised to hear Todd say, 'no charge'. I couldn't believe it and am sure I would have spent a fortune for that kind of service and attention elsewhere. I am very grateful for the kindness, concern, and helpfulness shown by Todd and everyone that works there. Todd is the best! More

I have been to other service departments at other GMC dealerships and none of them compare to Sellers service department. Todd and everyone in the service department truly care about their customers and that the work is done right and that you are completely satisfied. My husband and I live 45 minutes away and there are other dealerships closer to us, but it is well worth the drive to come to Sellers for service. Great dealership! More
