A quick drive by the dealership resulted in Todd Hitsman arranging for a loaner vehicle and keeping my truck. Loaner was from Enterprise and free of charge due to warranty issues. Covid 19 started and a dealer vehicle was provided with the understanding that a lengthy period of time would occur. Needless to say, 3 months later I have my truck back, running in tip-top condition and shifting on the fly. 10-speed transmission issues resulted in new wave plates, valve body assembly, seals, and gaskets. I am happy to have my truck back and everything was covered under the warranty. Thank you for hard work. More

This dealership was very clean from the start, and had the smell of cleanliness. Needed second opinion-very understanding-great/caring people This is a long saga-but Sellers Buick service dept. was outstanding. I would definitely use Sellers again. My issue is with GM-their poor, unsafe design and inability to diagnose a problem. Right now I am not sure if my car is fixed and I am afraid to drive it. Initially, the engine stopped running and the electronic brake engaged itself while the electronic gear shifter locked up. It could not be restarted and I had to disconnect the battery to turn off the accessories. This is huge safety/design concern for me. No way to override and move a disabled vehicle. The vehicle was first towed to another GM dealer where they said the "problem was beyond their abilities". After three days working in consult with GM, they replaced a blown 350 amp starter fuse. Never determined a root cause. Now the vehicle brake engages intermittently when stopping. Sellers checked it out, determined the vacums are fine and there are no fault codes showing. I appreciated their efforts, concern for my family's safety and willingness to do a recheck. But they cannot fix a vehicle appears to be working. I am not unhappy with Sellers and they will help if/when the problem recurs. Very helpful and responsive to my plight. Unfortunately for me I have a one year old luxury car and no assurances the fuse was my only problem. We are afraid to go very far and certainly not thru rough areas like where our break down occurred. More
