This dealership was very clean from the start, and had the smell of cleanliness. We had to have a appointment to see a salesperson, meaning only a certain amount of customers could be in the dealership at the smell of cleanliness. Transmission Issue on 2015 Yukon Denali My 60,000 mile Denali had the check engine light on. A quick drive by the dealership resulted in Todd Hitsman arranging for a loaner vehicle and keep My 60,000 mile Denali had the check engine light on. A quick drive by the dealership resulted in Todd Hitsman arranging for a loaner vehicle and keeping my truck. Loaner was from Enterprise and free of charge due to warranty issues. Covid 19 started and a dealer vehicle was provided with the understanding that a lengthy period of time would occur. Needless to say, 3 months later I have my truck back, running in tip-top condition and shifting on the fly. 10-speed transmission issues resulted in new wave plates, valve body assembly, seals, and gaskets. I am happy to have my truck back and everything was covered under the warranty. Thank you for hard work. More
