Horrible experience at this dealership, service department very unfriendly, waiting forever to get a loaner vehicle. They paged Jay 3 times and I waited 25 mins before he returned to his office. He department very unfriendly, waiting forever to get a loaner vehicle. They paged Jay 3 times and I waited 25 mins before he returned to his office. He never addressed me or said hello. Just said “I’ll take that green paper”. Brought me to a filthy dirty loaner car that was dirty and dusty inside. Not to mention it was half the size of the vehicle I brought in. They told me they would be giving me an equivalent vehicle to what I brought in. Hardly equivalent from an Enclave to an Encore. Then Todd called hours later that my car was done. Drove all the way there, went to pick it up, the same problem I brought it in for was still happening when I stepped foot in the car I could still hear the electrical problem. Certainly explains why the car was done so quickly, BECAUSE THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! Employees in the service department need to be trained to acknowledge customers by name, and address them appropriately. The repairs should have been evaluated to make sure the original problem was fixed BEFORE telling me my car was ready to be picked up! Huge inconvenience to go all the back to the dealership only to find out the original problem was never fixed to begin with. Very disappointed with Sellers Service Department. Makes me never want to purchase a Buick from them again. Also, Todd in Service kept pulling his mask down and coughing. In today’s lifestyle, that’s why masks are worn to cover coughs and sneezes. Not to pull them down. Overall customer service needs major improvement at this location. Employees need to be trained on overall friendliness and customer service! More
