The leasing experience on site was great. It took 6 weeks and several phone calls before KIA Financial knew I existed. Wasn't ready for arrival after doing online paperwork. Very slow moving office. Added ziebart add on to find out dealership didn't do it all and now trying to get ziebart to finish it is a headache. Everybody was very courteous . Our salesman Joe Grove was very knowledgeable and helpful. Need a better way to present the insurance that you are selling , to prevent having to pay extra charges when you was very knowledgeable and helpful.
